Located right in the heart of St Annes, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Shopping was also very convenient. A Mark's and Spencer just below the hotel. Eateries and coffee shops just round the corner. Very close to the restaurant that my friend operates. Was there to visit him as I had not seen him for over 5 years. This hotel does not have much in the form of facilities. Only 4 carpark space and 3 more for handicaps. There are fee paying carparks nearby but can find free parking in back streets further away from hotel.

Very very rude staff and shower leaking no toilet roll, and only one small towel. Shocking. I was given a disabled room which I didn’t require, when I questioned this, I was given an answer of there’s nothing I can do either you stay here or you leave, for a service which I have paid for I feel it is appalling and customers should not be treated in this manner. I will not be using travelodge again unless someone calls me to resolve this matter!

Hotel was absolutely spottless,couldnt fault it atall,always a pleasure to stay there,nice little town 5 minute walk and the beach is only about 10 minute walk,cant wait for our next visit

Hotel is well-located and for the most part clean and tidy. Proxmity to amenities such as restaurants, shops, beach and public transport is very good. They were able to lend me a 'deaf guard' fire alarm monitor which was much appreciated. Only real downside is the entrance - there's a smoking point immediately next to it and you have to endure a cloud of smoke from cigarettes/weed etc going in and out of the hotel. Overall it's a step down from an average Premier Inn but this is reflected in the price.

2 night break in February, Friday and Saturday. Booked early check in to make the most of the 2 days. Stayed in room 221.No problems at all.Clean room hot shower comfy bed.We stay here at least twice a year and it is a fantastic base to explore the area.

Friendly greeting on arrival, explained everything, room very clean and tidy and very comfortable bed with tea/coffee facilities. Late checkout.
