Everything is wonderful, really.
My only complaints are I wish they cleaned the rooms better. It’s incredibly dusty behind couches and end tables and in carpet along baseboards. And I wish there bedding, blankets specifically, were a bit warmer and more comfortable. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the stay.

The experience was great we had a wonderful time! The water park was fun and lifeguard’s were wonderful! The food was also great! The room was great, roomy and clean! The only complaint I have was the sofa bed was terrible! It was all springs, could not sleep on it! My daughter slept on the floor and I slept on the cushions on the floor. But it’s it otherwise it was great! I will definitely go back but will have to bring air mattress.

I was downgraded to this “Resort”, rooms look nothing like the pictures.i will never return to grand geneva based on this inconvenience . I will stay in milwaukee and drive down.

My family had a great time at the hotel and waterpark. Loved that they had nightly activities for the kids. Waterpark was fun. Two things I will mention is they need more innertubes and more life jackets. Hotel room was clean. Bed was comfy. Spacious enough to fit my family of 5. The game room was fun. The restaurant had very good food, but was a bit pricier. The pizza by the restaurant in the waterpark was super good, more budget friendly there. Wish they had continental breakfast.
