Nice place to stay while you’re in the area. It’s really close to the lake and water park. The Sunday night fireworks are cool. The pool is nice. A few of the doors don’t close in the units, so if you value privacy, make sure you get a room that has closing doors. Also was some sort of early morning consistent banging we could never pinpoint from outside. So not the most peaceful

We stopped here for a couple of nights! In building 4 ! My complaints are you open the door and right into the bedroom, the bathroom was decent except the door to the washer dryer you have to have the door closed to the bathroom, The kitchen was good with plenty of room! There was really no drawer spaces in the bedroom, two little ones at the end of the bed and a closet with a small one! The walls are paper thin, unfortunately are could be heard and they were up half the night talking loudly! And the building next door building 5 had two little dogs that constantly barked!

.BUT housekeeping fee is too expensive. We thought , it's included in the reservation fee which I paid almost $300 for 3 nights and was charged for almost $170 again for the cleaning fee and we even left the room clean and emptied our garbage,

This is my second time staying here with my family. I absolutely love this hotel and would love to retire here. It has absolutely everything I would need. Beautifully appointed furnishings, the comfiest bed, washer/dryer in bathroom, fully furnished kitchen, attentive staff, beautiful grounds, so fresh and modern. LOVE LOVE LOVE it.

I’ll start with the good. The room was large and clean. There was a kitchen and even had a washer and dryer in the unit. Some things to know. This is on the Grand Geneva grounds but you’ll need to drive or take the trolley to other parts of the grounds. There is no reception desk or anything of that nature here. Everything is handled up in the main Grand Geneva lobby. Housekeeping does not come by. That didn’t end up being an issue for us but if we needed more towels, I’m not sure how that would have been handled. There was a mess in the hallway that stayed all over the carpeting all weekend so it was evident nothing is cleaned on a daily basis. The worst part was how thin the walls were. I could hear the conversations of the people staying next to me in their entirety. I knew exactly what they were watching on TV. You could smell everything they cooked. Luckily they were quiet at night so we all got a decent night of sleep but knowing that the situation could be different if we were next to partiers, I would not stay here again.
