Dirty, with unbelievably rude and disrespectful woman named Christine at front desk, who was hands down the worst customer service I have ever had at a hotel. Tried to get me to sign something stating only one person in the room, even though my 19-year old daughter was standing there with me...and the document stated I could be charged $300 for non-authorized people in the room. I asked how to resolve it, or if she could add my daughter, but she refused. She then refused to give us a key to the room at all, much to my astonishment...at midnight, after driving 10 hours, 2 exhausted women having to find somewhere else to stay in an unfamiliar city. Despicable. Still trying to get a refund but it seems no one at the hotel can tell me WHO THE MANAGER IS?!? THIS HOTEL DESERVES ZERO STARS.

NICE STAY
I CAME INTO CHICAGO TO GO TO A CONCERT. THE ROOM I CHOSE HAD A HOT TUB AND I ENJOYED RELAXING IN THE TUB. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS WITH A KING SIDE BED, A TABLE TO EAT ON AND A COUCH TO SIT ON AND WATCH TV. IT WAS CLEAN. I WOULD CHOOSE THIS INN AGAIN. THE HISPANIC LADY WAS NICE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

I wasn't sure what to expect, but our motel room was clean and a quiet place to sleep. The shower was clean and there was a mini fridge. We had a small table with two chairs and a nice TV. The pool is large and well-kept. We had an easy time finding parking in the back lot when we came back at 1:30 a.m. Saturday daytime traffic was a mess but that's not the motel's fault. We would return as staff was extremely respectful and friendly.
