Lee House

We spent 2 nights at Lee House and really wished we had booked for longer. We had the most wonderful time for my boyfriends 40th. Gregg and Jacqui are the most amazing hosts. We were in the Garden Room which is at the back of the property so very quiet and has its own terrace. The room is lovely, quiet and a great space to just relax. The room was so clean - possibly the cleanest BnB we have ever stayed in! I would thoroughly recommend the cream tea on arrival. Sitting on our terrace in the sunshine looking out on the beautiful garden was such a lovely experience. The breakfasts set you up for a day of exploring & there is the option to get a packed lunch as well. The location is great! And they have a whole folder of walks to review if you are keen to get out and about. I just wish we had been able to stay longer. We will be back!! Perfect BnB/Guest hour experience :)

Clean, cozy and well decorated room. Loved the attention to the details, including the soft blanket on the sofa and some classics antique books on the shelf in the room. Facilities are very good. Breakfast very tasty and homemade. Jacqui and Gregg are excellent hosts. The house is very well located, very near the coast with stunning views. Highly recommend the south walk path to The Valley of rocks and taking the cliff railway down to Lynmouth! It was our first trip to Devon and an exceptional experience. Would love to come back one day!

Our first visit to Lee House & can wholeheartedly recommend. Nothing is too much trouble for Gregg & Jacqui who ensure a smoothly run, happy environment. The b&b is spotlessly clean, bedrooms extremely comfortable (we had balcony room) … the bed being the comfiest we’ve slept in away from home! Plenty of choice for breakfast which was excellently prepared by Jacqui & calmly presented by Gregg with a chat & any advise needed. Car park a bonus & position couldn’t be bettered being a hop, skip & a jump from all Lynton has to offer & walks to valley of rocks etc. Had a great week & hope to return. Beautifully maintained rooms and communal areas, very pretty gardens and parking too. Great attention to detail and fabulous service. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. Very comfortable rooms spotlessly clean. In a perfect location for exploring the area.

Had a lovely weekend at the Lee House in Lynton. The b&b is centrally located so really easy to walk and explore the town. Gregg and Jacqui were fantastic hosts recommending restaurants and things to do, breakfast was lovely, room was comfortable and the balcony view topped it off. Highly recommend!

An excellent B&B and great hosts. Stayed in a very comfortable room at the front of the house with balcony. Great breakfast choice. Lee House is in a perfect location to explore Lynton & Lynmouth and to act as a base for walks from house along the coast and further afield by car. Excellent and safe off-road parking available. Thoroughly recommended.
