We had a lovely stay and great hosts very welcoming Lovely clean rooms and nicely decorated Centre of Lynton easy to get to the Cliff Railway and a we went to lovely restaurants near by Lovely breakfast in the morning I recommend this place to stay

It was a lovely, clean, and welcoming stay. After a late dinner out, I returned to find cushions on the outdoor chairs and candles lit in the lounge. It was all very cozy and inviting. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of tea and coffee. Fresh fruit salad is a winner.

This is a perfect guest house. A clean comfortable room and facilities with a very comfortable bed. The breakfasts were excellent in the range of food and its quality.. The guest house is most conveniently situated for nearby restaurants, cafes, the amazing cliff railway and delightful walks.

A beautifully decorated and comfortable bedroom in a lovely house. Separate lounge for guests and own car park Owners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast cooked well and using fresh ingredients. Excellent location for walking into Lynton and coastal walks.

Excellent location to explore Lynton and the wider North Devon coast. Lee House was extremely comfortable and Jacqui’s breakfast set us up for each day of exploring and walking. Our three day stay wasn’t long enough to see all the attractions or to explore all the local restaurants so we will return.

Lee House is a lovely place, and we received a warm welcome from Greg, and a delicious cream tea when we arrived. The bed was huge and very comfortable. A very enjoyable stay in a beautiful part of the country where you can enjoy wonderful scenery.

Booked as a last minute stay. Hosts Jacqui & Gregg were just the friendliest and most helpful couple you could wish for at a b& b. We were welcomed with a delicious cream tea as we had booked direct ( nice touch) Rooms were immaculate and clean, lovely powerful hot shower and soft towels. Breakfast was absolutely lovely no complaints at all ! Even helped us with directions home when leaving on a very wet rainy September day ! Would definitely recommend Lee House. Like everyone else we left with jam too :-) Thankyou both x

i do not think that lee house needs any tips as our stay there for two nights was great .the shower very good and the bed very comfortable our host's we're very welcoming. breakfast was good ,no it was excellent. we will stay again if they are not completely full
