Lovely couple of days staying at the Lorna Doone House last weekend. The place is very clean & tidy with a very comfortable bedroom. The breakfast is superb. the location great, we had a lovely riverwalk on the Sunday. The local pub is friendly with good beer/food so what more could you ask for!! Nicky and Russell are great hosts we wouldn't hesitate in staying there again. Paul & Pauline

Russel and Nicky made us feel very welcome and at home , the breakfast are amazing and worth a revisit alone !
The room was clean and tidy , the en-suite was spacious and the views from our windows over the river were great . We had bedroom
3 and the river runs directly outside and the sounds and views of the river are very relaxing . We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lovely quiet peaceful break with lovely walks right on your doorstep.. we will be back for sure

Well furnished, clean & comfortable room. Good options at breakfast. Limited parking at the hotel so expect to park up the road.

A delightful walking break.
A lovely base for a walking break. Fab coastline to explore alongside river walks too. The hosts were delightful, as was the new puppy! A first class breakfast ensured a great start to each day.

Russell and Nicky were very friendly and attentive, they provided an enormous breakfast that really sets you up for the day, set in idyllic surroundings it was a delightful stay.
