Julie from the front desk was amazing! Coming from Germany, she was able to help assist our family of 5 and was super friendly every time we saw her. We had a great experience and recommend this hotel and location for all! Thanks Julie for all you did for our family!

Major compliments to Michelle at the front desk. She walked us to our room, offered to help get breakfast, which was upstairs, and handled a small plumbing issue in the room. She is an asset to your organization.
We did not know that the hotel was a complex of apartments. We are grateful that Michelle assigned us a ground floor room. As seniors, carrying suitcases up stairs would not have been easy. The step up to the tub was very high. The concrete paths needed repair.

Limited food options, a bit dated and worn out facilities. Dingy breakfast area, poor choices. One of the least favourite Residence Inn places that I have stayed in.
