Nicely appointed duplex that's walking distance to local attractions and a short drive to Bellingham, Semiahmoo, etc. You'll love the facilities and the proximity to hospitals, restaurants, a wonderful pub, shopping and it's a short drive from here to the ocean or the mountains.
The home was renovated in July 2022 - paint, carpet, furniture, etc. It's located on a quiet street and has a private back yard and a nice patio for evening relaxation.
The main bedroom has a King sized bed and a full ensuite. The two upstairs bedrooms have Queen beds, and one has been set up as an office with a standing desk, extra monitor, printer, keyboard, mouse, and phone charging pad all connected to a hub. On clear days the desk has a perfect view of the Twin Sisters mountains. The office also has a trundle bed - the house sleeps 7 comfortably and 8 is possible.
It features a fully equipped kitchen, in-home laundry, and a large garage with driveway parking as well.
