Tru by Hilton Lynchburg

I was really impressed with Sarah that works at the front desk she is definitely an asset to the company. Sarah keeps the lobby very clean! Sarah also is very knowledgeable about the area and its sights to see. 3rd visit and will be back. The amenities are great too! I love the comfort of the swinging pod chairs to sit and do business reviews .

Wonderful night here. The hotel is so welcoming from the decor, staff, rooms, and public spaces. The employees who work here were exceptional..every single one we interacted with. We loved access to snacks and we used the microwave to warm up left over pizza. We played some games in the lobby and relaxed. Coffee and tea was in the lobby 24/7. We slept great in the comfy beds. Very impressed and will chose Tru by Hilton again.

Happy the room was ready for early check in @ 2pm!!!!!!! My concern was where to change into wedding attire if room was not ready. Grand daughter's wedding was at 4:30 pm Thursday afternoon , June 19. We drove by car. We had plenty of time to unwind and get dressed.

I travel a lot for work so I’ve been to many hotels. But Tru by Hilton has been the absolute best visit I’ve ever had. The room is small but cozy. The ambient noise on the tv mixed with how incredibly comfortable the bed and pillows are made for the deepest sleep I’ve ever had. But the best part of this stay was Ms Connie. She was absolutely wonderful and made sure I had what I wanted for breakfast. There was a minor issue with the pancake maker and I was on a time crunch for work so I opted out and had what I had already picked up. A few minutes later she came to my table with a plate of pancakes. I’ve never been given this level of care from any other hotel I’ve stayed in. Please give Ms Connie her accolades!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, and very nice staff! All the staff were nice from check-in to check-out, during breakfast, housekeeping etc. The rooms were clean and toiletries and towels well stocked. I especially loved the scent of the lotion and bath gel. The hotel is located near a shopping center, food places, and right off the highway, all very convenient. Will stay here again. The only thing I wish they had was a microwave in the room but we only stayed for two days so it wasn’t a real deal breaker and we were able to use the microwave downstairs. I would definitely stay here again!

The BEST customer service Ever! We all know that the customer service is the face of any hotel, by far the employees here especially Sarah are some of the best I travel allot & I encounter allot they're very accommodating ,Superb communication, allowed early check-in and was willing to go above and beyond for anything needed during our stay. I love Tru's mostly because of how cute they are, but this location I love because of their entire staff team from the dates of June 12th thru the 14th.. Will definitely stay again.
