Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lynchburg

Fantastic location! If you're looking for a central location from which you can explore Lynchburg, then this is your place. I couldn't believe how close everything was from this location. You have Kroger, Cookout, Liberty University, the River Ridge Mall, Walmart, Target, and a whole host of locations all within a 5 minute drive of the location. Additionally, the hotel is right next to the access to 501 heading to Forest or Downtown Lynchburg. Breakfast was also provided (scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, and milk). But the best feature of the facility was the friendliness, consideration, and helpfulness of the staff. Steve in particular was very knowledgeable about the area and gave helpful suggestions about where I could find groceries pertaining to my limited diet. He would later follow up with me which I found most considerate. Other staff where either quick to say hello, or respond to questions or offer assistance when needed. Because of the location and the staff, I can't recommend this place enough.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower, everything else was great: the room, the service, the waffles at breakfast (so good). Will stay again!

The beds were very comfortable but the breakfast was not so good. The eggs were not good and the sausage we had to wait for because it was frozen and waited for it to thaw.🙄 Hotel staff was friendly. This is why they got a 4 out of 5 rating.

The checking process was easy, the staff very friendly. The beds weee very comfortable and the room was very clean. Overall, a very pleasant t stay.
