Quality Inn Lynchburg Near University

It's was very comfortable. Beds were amazing to lay in had the amenities that I needed and it was very clean! I would recommend this place to friends and family if possible . Come here you will be please with what you see and they provide free breakfast

The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. As far as the facility itself:The bathroom was full of black mold and smelled strongly of mildew. The carpeting in the common areas was obviously very dirty. The exercise room was more of a storage room, not available for exercise. We were there for college graduation weekend and the cost was over inflated. Over $400 for one night.

We only stay at this hotel when visiting my daughter's college. The location is great, the street is quiet, the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the staff is friendly. We left an item behind in the room. The hotel mailed it back to us. We highly recommend it.

This is an older hotel with much need for improvements. Exterior room doors need replacing ad they are rotted on bottom. Even though this is a good for one night stop over, i feel better hotels are near by with much better quality. Felt unsafe the time we were there due to area.

This review is late better late than never. I wanted to say thank you to Steve. I explained my situation and he was very helpful kindhearted. He made my day and my families day, by providing great customer service. If ever in VA again Quality Inn is where I would stay. Steve your the best!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We checked in and I went to get some clean water to drink. They had machines to dispense water but they were off. The inebriated BIG man at the desk told me he wasn't going to turn on the clean water and if I "wanted drink then have coffee." He was giggling and acting odd. At that point I called the 800 for Quality Inn ~ staying in a hotel with no clean water is GROSS. I hung up with the 800 number got a case number then went to bed. 20 minutes later police were at my door in full gear, The 6'5" desk manager told the police that he was scared of me. I am 5'1' There I was in my nightgown pulled from my room out on the balcony HUMILIATED. Both officers apologized and told me I did NOTHING wrong, and I didn't. All I wanted was clean water. DO NOT stay at this hotel. When I get home I plan to retain an attorney and find out what my best course of action is again this Jason Patel and his staff, Quality Inn and Choice Hotels for denying me clean water and weaponizing the police against me. In the meantime, there are MANY better hostels than Quality. Because so far they have shown zero Quality.

STEVE was so friendly! He very welcoming! The room was so clean! The best part was that it was cool in the room when I walked in! Thank you STEVE for your generosity! You are the best! Very much enjoyed my stay and will be back without hesitation! Thank you STEVE!

.A nice, clean motel at a reasonable rate. I think I'll probably stay here whenever I visit Lynchburg. Special shout-out to Sam, the young man who checked us in. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
