Beds and rooms were comfortable. Pillow cases, furniture and bathrooms weren’t clean. My wife did like the quiche offered for breakfast. I couldn’t find anyone to bring out yogurt to go with the nuts and granola spread that looked really good…

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times, it is by far my favorite hotel to stay at. It is SO comfortable, and I really love the kitchenette in my room, as well as the office space. This was critical for me as I had some work I had to be on calls for in quiet, and the office space was PERFECT with the absolute most comfortable chair ever! Bed super comfy. Very clean. No fragrances or strong smells which is huge for me. Everytime I’ve stayed, I’ve been thrilled with my experience.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Comfortable. Stayed in a king suite which was spacey enough. Teen slept on pull out couch, which was typical comfort. Very few people there in the summer on a weekday. The only reason it was not 5/5 was because breakfast was the only one we didn’t eat at a hotel on our 9 day vacation. There were not enough options to choose from. Quite disappointing. No toast, no pancake or waffle maker, just whole wheat bagel, cereal, yogurt, pre packaged muffins and sausage biscuits, oatmeal, and plain egg and cheese omelet. Not good.

We were in Lynchburg for 2 nights and decided to stay at this hotel. The front desk staff (Julie and Samantha) couldn’t possibly have been more kind and helpful. Saturday breakfast was not great. Sunday’s was actually quite good! Our room had a smell I would describe as “moldy and mildewy” with some sort of cleaning agent that they may have used to try and mitigate the fowl smell. We asked to be moved to a different room, but decided to stay where we were when we went in the 2nd room and realized it was even worse than the 1st. We left the bathroom exhaust fan on the entire 2 days we were there.

Very nice, clean, convenient to The University, good parking and excellent staff. All the convenience one needs for a nice stay. Breakfast is your typical layout.Rooms had nice ambiance and Ammenifies. Indoor swimming pool and nice workout area. All you need.

Just OK. We chose this hotel over others because of the free breakfast however, this was a huge disappointment. They were unable to brew enough coffee for the guests during breakfast hours so the coffee thermoses were constantly empty. Not a good way to start the day. We actually had to go elsewhere and buy coffee on the morning of our departure - boooooo

We had a very good stay at the Fairfield Inn and suites by Marriott Lynchburg Liberty University. The entire staff was nice to work with but there was one that was outstanding even in this unusually effective staff. Her name is Marenda Martin and she made going to breakfast every day a pleasure!
