Brittany is a superstar. Here for son’s graduation. Communicated with Brittany on App at first to request an early check in. Upon arrival early Brittany remembered me and without hesitation Brittany took ownership and found me a room. Brittany is perfect for providing initial contact with guests. No excuses were given. Property looks a lot nicer from the outside and in the lobby. Rooms are outdated. Staff was indifferent and did not go out of their way to be friendly.

Terrible bedding. Dirty stained and no pillow covers. Bed is not comfortable. Shower was full of hair. A/C unit is dirty and broken. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Right next to a train track so every hour a loud train goes by. Have to pay for basics like water and coffee

As a business traveler it's alwaytiwrra s great to get welcomed with a big smile, and that's what I always get at this property. I swear, the NICEST staff at any hotel. This morning as I stumbled to get coffee I was greeted by tierra and Dayna who just made my day. This property is always clean and beds are very comfortable. Convenient location to highway and liberty U.
