Affordable Suites of America Lynchburg

Home away from home.So many places use this line.However I can confirm that "Affordable Suites Of America" is a true home away from home.And for some it is home.I am glad to be here.The ladies that make this place work go above and beyond.As busy as they are ,they always make time for conversation and always with a smile 😀Thank you Jessica and Emily.My suite is spacious and is clean.Well stocked with the basic amenities.Kitchen is equipped with pans,flatware,dish soap,drying rack , coffee Keurig which they even provide a couple of complimentary Keurig cups.Next up the bathroom.Clean and stocked upon arrival.The towels are sps like.Fluffy and quite large .Shower head is forceful and hot.However you like, a shower or bath you will be satisfied.They do provide basic bathroom condiments.However when those are used up , expect to provide your own .Of course if needed or an emergency they will help you out.Please don't take advantage!Next the bedroom, ahhh.I must admit some of the best and softest bed linens.Not sure what the thread count is but who cares.Comfort is key.Perfect 10!The outside grounds are well cared for.If you smoke there are designated areas to smoke and dispose .Please use the ashtrays provided and NOT the ground or driveway.It costs money to keep these areas clean and free of trash.To be offered a bench and ash tray to smoke is rare.Utilize it don't abuse it.They also have a well kept laundry room.Two washers and two dryers.I have never had a problem with availability.To Jessica you are doing a Fantastic job.Please keep up the great work.This place needs you😀👍Emily thanks for keeping my suite clean and stocked AS Needed or upon request.This place absolutely provides anyone looking to stay at a home away from home, just that.This place offers privacy, safety and excellence.Even if you are not traveling but moving,school,medical whatever the reason may be .The people here sure make you feel right at home .Thank You😊Highly recommended!

i was in town for work from summer of 2022 until earlier this montu. ACS is a great place to stay with great rates. The property is in a safe quiet area of lynchburg. The manager, Donna does everything to ensure your stay will be enjoyable, from clean rooms to clean well kept property. The housekeeping staff is wonderful as well! Other properties/hotels in the area can’t compare! if i have any reason to be in Lynchburg for an extended period, there is no where else i would/will stay. Thanks Donna! Steve and Erin Taylor

Very good value for the price. Bed was small for 2 people, but rest of suite was roomy and comfortable. Would have been very convenient for longer stays than just one night. Suite included kitchen area with full size fridge (not usual mini fridge like most hotels) and living room area with 2nd TV for relaxing. Minor issue when checking in. Office was closed, but had sign to call number when arriving. When someone finally answered, the person just said Hello. Most businesses answer the phone by saying the name of the business, so I had to ask if I had the right number.

I would stay there any time I'm close to Lynchburg, VA. It was clean and decent prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I travel alot in my job,I wish there was Affordable Corporate Suites in every town.

The facility was clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Property is in a quiet area. It was more than just a room. There was a kitchenette, a sitting area and the bedroom was in the back away from the road and separated from the living room by the bath. I highly recommend this place!

The room.was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was well furnished and the kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials. The location was nice too, close to Liberty University and a large shopping mall. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Convenient location; professional, responsive staff; clean property; suite was well-maintained and clean. I recommend you don't park under the trees, though. They have no control over the birds, and the birds bombed our car!

Had a great stay here was clean, well supplied and was Very Comfortable. Area was off main road which was a quiet area which was great! The manager as well as room attendant we’re both very friendly and professional.
