Lynchburg Hotels with Gym

The Hampton Inn and Suites Lynchburg is located on I-29, opposite the Lynchburg Regional Airport LYH, adjacent to Liberty University. The location provides easy access to Liberty University using Liberty Mountain Road, which runs behind the hotel. Downtown Lynchburg, Amazement Square, and Thomas Jeffersons Poplar Forest are all within eight miles. Guests of the hotel enjoy free breakfast, parking, and WiFi. The hotel gym features cardio equipment, free weights, and a Peloton(R) bike with toe cages. The indoor, saltwater pool is open year-round. The hotel also offers meeting space ideal for small meetings and events. Every room provides comfortable bedding, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Upgrade to a spacious suite with sleeper sofa and wet bar. Pet-friendly rooms are available for a fee, allowing the entire family to stay and explore all that Lynchburg, VA has to offer.

So we booked another night and again we enjoyed our stay and their pool is open and so clean?!!! We will stay here the next time we come

First, there’s a very nice view. The staff was friendly and accommodating and I was seated without a reservation. My server was Mason and he definitely made a difference. He and the bartender conjured up a lemony mocktail, as I requested, that was perfect. Then I had the stuffed trout, chock full of mushrooms and broccoli. Fresh and done to perfection. Side of gnocchi. All around, 5 stars. I had to run and Mason handled the check in no time.

The room was nice the bed was really really comfortable, I had some of the best rest I have had in a long time.

Beautifully designed and decorated--both our room and the common areas. Doesn't look institutional. Property is a block away from the main highway which makes it easily accessible, but also quiet. Front desk clerks were very friendly, helpful and kind. Our room thermostat went a bit rogue; it was difficult to control. However, everything else about our room was very comfortable and we slept well. Only disappointment--physical fitness room was closed (presumably due to COVID) and the ”Bistro” bar/snack/lounge area was also closed (front desk clerk said due to ”not enough business”). I do understand that the management has to make decisions which will enable the hotel to be profitable. I don't fault them for that. Nonetheless, those decisions resulted in our inability to fully enjoy this lovely place. Hopefully, others who stay here in the future will get a more complete experience. One last caveat--this property has no swimming pool or jacuzzi, if that matters to you.

After having to leave a different hotel due to its conditions amd driving cross country non stop i was blessed to find this hotel!!! It's so clean and comfortable along with the best customer service from the desk, to the Management A plus!!!! Everyone here was so nice and again I can't stress enough how clean and safe this hotel was hands down my go to Hotel going forward for the lynchburg area!!!

I arrived much later than I would have liked, but was greeted warmly upon my entrance to the spacious lobby. I happened to meet the assistant manager, David Dudley, who was a consummate professional and he along with his staff made me feel not only welcome, but elevated my mood immensely through our conversation. But onto the rooms: impeccably clean, the first thing I noticed upon entering my room is that there was no lingering housekeeping smell you often find in other hotels. No, the room had a neutral yet clean and familiar smell, with Decor being comfortable and the room itself quite spacious. The mattress was nothing short of amazing for somebody with a bad back, and the bathrooms were so clean you could eat off of the counter if so inclined. Sound insulation was impressive, and the rewards program was.. well, rewarding. Being quite the hot spot, lodging in Lynchburg can be very expensive, or it can be very cheap. But you very much do get what you pay for— but in the case of the Comfort Inn, you get what you pay for and then some. I arrived beleagued, fatigued and annoyed. I left well rested, satisfied and confident as to where I would stay the next time I passed through town.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Everything about it is top-notch! The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful with a great variety. Overall a great value and convenient location. Highly recommended! We look forward to our next stay.

This hotel is the best economic chain hotel I have ever stayed in. The health, service and facilities are excellent. The front desk has a beautiful woman and the smile is super sweet. Compared with other hotels that have stayed at the hotel, this is the most cost-effective and highly recommended! The hotel has a parking lot, there is a restaurant next to it, and there is a large shopping center not far from the car, you can buy things.

At the junction of US-460 and BUS-29, our hotel is just 7 minutes from the regional airport and Liberty University. Downtown is 15 minutes away, with local restaurants, parks, and historical attractions.There are plenty of scenic trails and national forests nearby, perfect for spending time outdoors. Bring along your four-legged friend: are hotel is pet-friendly!
