This is based on the room I slept in, the Courtyard Room. It was a very strange musty smelling room stuffed with random objects and tassels hanging from the walls. Very creepy and it just felt dirty. The en-suite was the smallest I've ever seen with barely enough room to move around, with the tinest ever washbasin. There is absolutely no way that it deserves its 5 star status. I'm sure the other rooms are presented better so if you are booking this B&B, do NOT book the Courtyard Room! We had originally booked a different room in the other building but Tobi decided to put us in this room without informing us (we are deaf so he felt we needed a quieter room and that we may have the tv on 'very loud' ?!) The penny didnt drop after he left and then we realised it wasnt the room we had booked. The breakfast was grand I have to say but after a sleepless night on terrible mattresses that dipped in the middle, we decided to leave immediately (should have been 3 night stay) and book into a nice modern clean establishment. Tobi needs to fumigate the Courtyard Room, reduce the clutter, buy new mattresses and think about how to improve the en-suite. Also room doesn't feel safe as its on the ground floor, right next to the courtyard door that leads out to the street, so I couldn't open the window to counteract the smell.
