I experienced an out-of-the-ordinary extraordinary helping hand from this in all respects impeccable hotel when I, after we had returned home to Norway, realized I had forgotten my new tweed jacket on a hanger in the locker inside the room where I had checked out 48 hours earlier: one call to the front desk was all it took for them to identify the garment that already had been handed in to the Lost & found departement, confirming back to me that this was the missing garment, and then wrapping it nicely up and dispatching it to Norway - free of charge! Indeed, even when I insisted on paying for the freight, the hotel refused to take paid for the service, and sent me a tracking code for the dispatchment to follow the jacket’s journey through Europe back to me! Astonishing service! This makes for loyal customers, and an outstanding reputation! This adds to an otherwise impeccable experience at the Grand hotel in Lviv! The hotel is located at the absolute city center, at convenient walking distance to any and all sights and destinations in Lviv, and is a newly renovated version of a classic ‘Habsburgian grand hotel’. Rooms are very comfortable and nice with a smart classic ambience; reception staff are service minded, helpful and nice; and breakfast is a vast buffet where everyone will be satisfied. The Grand hotel is definitely ‘the home away from home’ in Lviv, and the only place I will consider for return trips - Thanks for adding so positively to our 4 day stay in beautiful Lviv!

Great stopover between Krakow and Kyiv
A really beautiful hotel in Lviv located on a main square and walkable to restaurants. The breakfast buffet is first class and the rooms are spotless.

I have stayed here before, in July 2022 so this was a revisit. Location can't be better in the city center of Lviv. Room excellent but I don't like the bath/shower combo. Bed made a perfect sleep quality. Really my only complaint is the breakfast, it was bad 2022 and still is 2024. It's a small area and limited selection. One morning they had reserved half of the breakfast area for a football team, every seat taken,

Very nice, cozy hotel, friendly welcome! Breakfast is delicious. Very central location close to the most part of sightseeing. Room is comfortable, impeccable clean and quiet. I can only recommend! Next time I will try Spa :)
