Worst experience ever. Not even a hotel despite the name! We were asked to live in somewhere2-3 streets away, crossing the road, from the hotel main building. Strenuous to do so from Luxern station. Don’t trsut the distance and time from station, provided by the hotel. It took around 20 mins of fast walking with the sunshine to get to. Also, no room service is provided. No cooking utensils, no microwave. If you are willing to take up a challenging journey with sweat and hardship in Luzern, this hotel is here up for you.

I was upgraded to a room with no shared bathroom, which was a great honor! It is true that the front desk and the house are not in the same building, but fortunately there is a waiter to lead the way, and it is not far away. It is very close to the attractions, and there is a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

After checking in, I was told that I was staying in an apartment. The location was great, but it was a little hard to find the first time. If you check in at night, it might be even harder to find the apartment door. The shared bathroom shower was not inconvenient, but the elevator in the apartment was very unstable. I used it once and never used it again.

The room is big enough. The cleanliness is good. The location is good, near the lion statue. It is very convenient for shopping, eating and sightseeing. But there is a smell of cigarettes in the building.

The hotel is in a residential building with no signboard. After looking for it for a long time, I finally found out it was there when I saw the waiter. It is quite far from the check-in station. I will not book again😞

You have to walk a while to get to another apartment, which is very inconvenient and not very hygienic.

The hotel has two buildings, and we were arranged to stay in the other building. It was a holiday that day, and it happened to rain. There were only two people working at the front desk, and they couldn't leave. They just told us how to get to the other building. It took some time to find a place to stay.

Very good environment. Very satisfied with living in the city.
