酒店先不評價。但是攜程有很大的問題。第一，這是自助酒店，界面上面沒有看到有提示。第二，入住流程也沒給指引，然後到了酒店進不去，要一直問客户。體驗非常差

직원은 카드키를 던져주면서 아무 설명도 하지 않았고 방에 가보니 침대가 없는 바닥 공간은 두 사람(?) 이 겨우 서있을 수 있는 정도였습니다. 물은 거의 한 7초에 10방울씩 떨어지고요, 겁나게 더럽습니다

We zijn hier 2 nachten geweest, het hotel wordt uitgebaat door chinezen. Je kunt hier dan ook heerlijk Chinees eten. We waren eerder dan de incheck tijd maar dat was geen probleem. De kamers zijn netjes. Het ontbijt is goed, niet bijzonder maar wel lekker. Wij kregen voor beide dagen vrije kaarten voor het openlucht zwembad/meer wat achter het hotel ligt. Hier loop je zo naar toe. Het oude centrum van Luzern is zeker de moeite waard om heen te gaan. Je parkeert hier makkelijk in een parkeergarage, staat goed aangegeven. Al met al een prima plek om even te verblijven.
