This is the friendliest receptionist I met during my five trips to Europe! We were greeted by a white girl who was so welcoming and had a sincere and loving smile! I felt that the higher price was worth it. She patiently explained to us where the attractions were and how to get there, and then gave us the QR code for the bus (given by the government). The room was clean and tidy. We lived on the fourth floor and it was very quiet. The bathroom was the only one that could be completely closed without water splashing onto the sink, toilet, and floor. Other hotels only had half a glass barrier.
