Estivemos de férias com a nossa filha de 3 anos e gostamos mesmo muito!! O hotel é muito tranquilo, longe da confusão de gente que muitas vezes o Algarve tem, e fica apenas a 5min de carro da praia da Luz. Sem grandes luxos, mas é tudo muito arranjado, bem cuidado e limpo e tem uma zona de piscina exterior muito boa. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e limpos e o pequeno almoço era muito bom. Jantamos sempre no hotel e foi tudo ótimo também, jantar buffet com comida muito bem confecionada, gostamos de tudo! E tenho que salientar a simpatia de todos os funcionários, principalmente o senhor responsável na área das refeições, foi uma simpatia connosco e muito atencioso com pormenores para a nossa filha. O único aspecto menos bom a referir, é mesmo a hora do jantar que é servido apenas até às 21h, achamos muito cedo para quem está de férias e em plena época de Verão, que se tenta aproveitar as praias o máximo de tempo possível. Na nossa opinião é o único aspecto a melhorar, pelo menos na altura de verão.

Hay que destacar la tranquilidad en el hotel, la buena comida y amabilidad del personal, que siempre estaba atento a nuestras necesidades. El trato ha sido inmejorable. Las habitaciones siempre muy limpias, como el resto de las instalaciones. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

+ Excelente pequeno almoço com produtos frescos e de qualidade. O jantar tipo buffet ê muito bom. Zona calma e espaço exterior agradável e bem cuidado. -Nem todos os funcionários falam português o que revela que que o hotel está muito virado para o cliente estrangeiro. Longe da praia e sem opções de restauração por perto.

Klein, gezellig hotel met mooie tuin. Een aantal kamers in het hoofdgebouw en de anderen in prima bijgebouwen. Vriendelijk personeel dat je het zoveel mogelijk naar de zin wil maken. Kamers zijn oké met bqlkon, droogrekje, koelkastje en heerlijke douche en worden iedere dag goed schoongemaakt. De bedden zijn erg hard en er was jammergenoeg geen waterkoker. Er is een parkerrterreintje.

Zeer geschikt hotel. Zelf alleen logies met ontbijt gekozen. Goede kamers met airco & koelkast. Waterflessen (tegen betaling) op je kamer. Heerlijk zwembad met ligbedden, handdoek voor het zwembad te leen (gratis). Tip; neem een huurauto, Luz centrum, het strand en de rest is net wat te ver om (steeds opnieuw) te belopen. Bij het hotel via Luzcar een auto gehuurd, zeer goed geregeld & tips gekregen. Geen tolwegen hoeven gebruiken. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid & lekker. De kamer was schoon met goed sanitair, goede bedden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Een aanrader!

Lugar bonito y tranquilo lo peor habitación fría y la calefacción lo cortan desde recepción y no puedes calentar la habitación el bufet del desayuno muy pésimo ,malo zumo de naranja y mango mezclado con agua muy pobre de todo además de no tener una leche de buena calidad y no tener colacao y estar controlado todo el rato lo que cojes del bufet

Our room smelt very musty and the bed was very uncomfortable. It turns out we where found out that we were sleeping on box springs. There was no mattress! You read that correctly. The pool was nice
