Unexpected large rooms, cold and quiet A/C. Great breakfast and food.
Best value for money in the Portugal coast. Will recommend to anyone going to the Praia de Luz area.

We had a reservation for this hotel made in December 2023 using an Odisseias voucher for September 2024 upon payment of a supplement. When we contacted the hotel for another reason two weeks before the date, they informed us that there is no reservation! All they can tell us is that it was a marking error/lapse. The reservation appears as confirmed on the Odisseias website and we received a confirmation email. But the hotel says that there are no rooms available on this date and that we have to cancel the reservation, already made in December 2023 and for which an extra was paid. Shameful and unacceptable

Primeiramente o staff é super simpático e atencioso principalmente a katia nada a apontar so um doce de pessoa sempre pronta a ajudar. Quarto super agradável, como o que nos tínhamos reservado não aparecia acabamos por ir para uma suite sem custos extra. Dormimos super bem a cama era super confortável e era tudo bastante agradável. We just went on our honeymoon, they gave us the trip with the smartbox boxes for our wedding, just like another comment I read, we had to move several dates to get a room, and they asked us to pay 80€ because it was supposedly a better room... but the room was the smallest they have... not cozy, dark... plus the smartbox included a romantic detail that they DID NOT give us either. I'm sorry to say but the bed and pillows were HORRIBLE!!! My husband and I couldn't stand the pain in our backs on the third day. And the television only has 6 channels, all in Portuguese except 1 or 2 in English... The pool is very cool. The girls who work there are very nice and friendly, but I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed with the hotel... I would rather give it 2 stars than 3. I'm sorry but I wouldn't go back.
