Great hotel. We only booked this as we were travelling a while and we had an early flight. Standard premier inn can’t fault it

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.

We always stay at this Premier Inn when we visit family in Luton. As usual the staff were really helpful and professional, rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will be back.

We stay with Premier Inns whenever we book a trip and largely know what standards to expect. What makes a difference is the staff we encounter, and in Luton, Manda made all the difference. Despite being chronically short staffed, Manda did everything in her power to make our stay a genuine pleasure. Her ability to remain cheerful in the face of a range of customer demands was so impressive. Her naturally bubbly character shone like a beacon, and her engagement with all the customers was clearly evident. If Premier Inns had a Manda in every hotel, the whole group would be transformed!! Manda also made a point of showing her colleagues how a smile and a word of welcome makes all the difference. Fabulous mentoring skills to boot!!
