Have already posted a very bad review via the premier inn website but quiel surprise.....it hasn't appeared??? Do not come here ,rude staff beyond belief, my shirt was ruined because of their iron spraying brown gunk all over it, when I complained the attitude was "tough" clean it yourself!!!

From the moment I arrived I should have known that my stay would be uncomfortable - my room had an overwhelming smell of tobacco smoke which I could not clear throughout my stay. This made the already dingy room seem even more run down. Then I showered only to find that the drain was so badly blocked that the water just sat in the basin until I personally unclogged the drain. Things went from bad to worse when the neighbours arrived upstairs. Never have I known such poor sound proofing in a hotel. I don’t know if the sound was coming through the air vents or something, but you could hear their tv constantly and could make out almost every word. This did not make for a well rested night. The only upside of this hotel was the friendly staff, who tried to be as helpful as possible but they were clearly understaffed and there was not much they could resolve. The experience was slightly redeemed by the helpful customer service team after my stay, who dealt with my complaint swiftly. However, I think people should still know that this is a run down hotel.

Strong urine smell in the room, which must has been noticed prior to our arrival, and the room was dusty, there was a layer of black hair and dust in bathroom. Upon complaining about the smell, the staff were not helpful. I was told the manager would speak to me, but I was never approached. I spoke to another member of staff on the next morning, who was the absolute opposite of the staff members the night before, and who helped with the room change, and provided complimentary breakfast as an apology (apart from her verbal apology). The staff members who we came in contact with from Fri to Sun were very kind and attentive.

An old slightly grubby hotel with poorly maintained bathrooms. Only one person in the kitchen and one person waiting on tables including serving drinks from the bar, both worked really hard to keep everybody as happy as possible but food suffered as a consequence.

Have been to Minehead & Maidstone, but so far this is the best out of the three Iv’e been to. Beds are kingsize, nice size room. Unlike the buffet style breakfasts at the other branches the food is cook on demand by a chef. That means you get a freshly cooked meal everytime. Had a kingsize bed. Only gripe I have is I like GBNews but its unavailable on freeview tv’s here. Saff were very freindly.

Really bad. Scuffed room. Chair looked like it had been eaten by a hamster. Missing skirting board. Right hand bed lamp switch missing or in dangerous disrepair. Atmosphere in prison would be better. What a @hole Scuffed ceiling floor of shower dirty. Walls and skirting board dirty. Really tatty room.

Great location, worst sleep I’ve ever had. Always try and stay in a premier in for work trips, usually stay in the Dunstable one on my weekly trip to Luton. Picked this one for its central location and was pleasantly surprised at the price. Staff were great, room as expected unfortunately the guests in the room next door staggered in at midnight and the young man or men were incredibly loud. Tried politely knocking got told to eff off. Night time staff were not interested when I complained at 2 am. Eventually shut them up at almost 5 am by almost kicking their door in. Up at seven 6 hours work then a drive to Newcastle were barely manageable. Such a shame
