Such a great hotel.Staff was lovely tryng all best to help .Rooms were cosy confortable night stay.Breakfadt was a large variety of food ,evening meals tasty .Special mentions to the girl behind bar

Stay was okay but the smell of the rooms was a little bit odd. As soon as you stepped into the room you smell a weird something..maybe cleaning agent or because not cleaned properly.

Bed is amazing. Staff are friendly and always go above and beyond to help make our stay as pleasant as possible. They always try their hardest to allocate us a quiet rooms for night shift staff.

I flew to Luton and was catching a national express bus to Heathrow the following morning so decided to stay here for the night. It’s not bad priced and cheerful. Clean room, clean bathroom, ironing board and iron available from reception! Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downpart is my neighbours partied all night. I’m a solo female and they sounded noisy,but once informed reception security managed to sorted.

Helpful staff always according to our needs. Bedrooms clean and tidy. The restaurant its welcoming with a nice atmosphere. Only thing is there is not air conditioning.
