This accommodation should be ideal for those who stay temporarily near the airport for any reason. The location is very convenient. The airplane noise is expected simply because of the location. The room has a private bathroom, clean, and provides everything you probably need. Of course it is not a luxury option. I would stay here again as long as the price is still reasonable.

Hotel with the basic necessities to sleep, not excessively clean. When turning on the light in the bathroom the extractor fan made a lot of noise.

Lovely room, big, AC, very comfortable bed and duvet etc. Beefeater restaurant and bar right next door was great as we didn't know how far away dinner would be. Very helpful and friendly staff too. A bit of a walk from the station with suitcases. The bathroom smelled a bit like a previous guest had smoked in there.

The walks and ceilings are paper thin so if you do visit you might get a good nights sleep if you happen to be lucky enough to have considerate neighbours…which I didn’t. Only good point is the staff who were invariably helpful and asked a noisy neighbour to settle down so I could at least salvage two and half hours of sleep before my flight for a meeting. The room was stuffy and the plumbing creaks. Avoid at all costs. The Rest Easy promise is nonsense.

Filthy hotel room- probably the poorest Premier inn I’ve stayed at. When I say filthy I mean disgusting. Oh and not to forget to mention the carpark. Shattered glass in 70% of the spaces. Spoke to reception and asked if cars got broke in to- their dismissive reply was “ yes most nights we can’t do anything about it” oh and you’re paying for this luxury at £9 a night. We left our car open- better than getting a smashed window. Avoid like the plague

Really close to the Luton Airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. Room was clean. Restaurant on site (Beefeater) is a good convenience too. Good night sleep is all I wanted and it's exactly what I got. If you're looking for a convenient place to stay near the Airport, this is a great option.

Stayed for 1 night in November as we were taking an early flight from Luton airport. Arrived at 8pm, parked in the Beefeater carpark, where the charge was clearly displayed as £6. When we checked into the hotel we were told to use the kiosk to pay for parking, which was charged at £9, despite the fact that the Premier Inn car park was full and we were unable to actually park in it. When we got into the hotel, the self check in kiosks were out of order, so we joined the queue to check in with the 1 receptionist. It look aprox. 10 minutes to get to the front of the queue. I said to the very nice lady that we were there to check into a double room. She said I'd booked a twin room. I found the booking confirmation email and said I'd definitely booked a double room. She then got a clipboard from under the desk to check, and confirmed that I had indeed booked a double room. We got to the room which was fine, usual Premier Inn. We realised there was no tea, so my husband went down to reception to get some. He got ready for bed as I had a shower. And realised there was 1 towel. He got dressed again and went down to reception to get another one. We were both ready for bed when I realised that the bedside light wasn't working. By this stage we weren't going to get dressed again to go down to reception again, so we reported it on check out. This meant that when I got up in the night to use the bathroom, there was no alternative but to put the main light on. Premier Inn send a email survey after a stay, which I completed, detailing the above. It also has a link to leave a Tripadvisor review, which I did. Interestingly, my first review was not added to Tripadvisor.

The hotel is a little dated and everything is a bit sticky. The room itself is standard premier inn fayre. Nice bed, good pillows etc. The problem is that you can hear everything and this is a hotel that people get up all hours to go to the airport. Not sure what the hotel can do about that. The worst part is the parking. You have to pay a reasonable fee for locals to come and smash your windows. My first morning I was relieved it was not my car but at least three had been smashed. This was the far end of the car park. The biggest problem is that the hotel sees there is little they can do. The very few pleasant receptionist said it is a gang and happens ‘every few days’. Not something you want to hear so I was awake that night and then worried that my car would be ‘done over’ the night before. Then hotels position is that you should be encouraged to ‘park elsewhere’. Well perhaps they shouldn’t charge for the parking then if they cannot keep cars safe. I would warn you off this hotel if you need to keep you car safe and don’t want to spend the morning on the phone to the police because the hotel will not do anything to keep your property safe. Until this is sorted, I would avoid this hotel.
