So completely ruined our trip..the extractor fan needs to be replaced because it's so loud that I'm surprised anyone in a 50 mile radius can sleep..let alone us.

This property was booked at the very last minute and very late in the evening after being let down badly on a previous booking. They were very accommodating and the staff were very friendly. No complaints about the room or the hotel in general, and felt they rescued from a very difficult situation. Thank you!

Building falling apart, the window in the room was smashed, the hotel feels like it could collapse at any minute. I didn't feel safe staying there. Food and drinks are expensive and staff and customers don't seem happy. No one seemed like they wanted to be there and I'm not surprised.

You can hear everything from the hotel rooms. People walking past, everything outside the windows, people in the other rooms. EVERYTHING. The rooms need updating, peeling wallpaper, loud floors, dirty carpet. The building looks like it's falling down too, cracks everywhere. My rooms plug was hanging out the wall. There was no handle on the drawer, just sharp screws that I ended up hurting myself on. DANGEROUS!

AVOID!!!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!!! very rude staff need to lean how to treat customers. but i don't think they get many. Warning signs were there only SIX people inside. And this was Sunday lunchtime 1.o'clock. It will be interesting to see how long it stays open. WILL NOT RETURN!!!!!!!!!

Had 3 days booked 19th-22nd June. I turn up on the 19th June and find the Hotel was shut down from Monday. I never received a email before the 19th saying my booking had been cancelled so I wasted 3hrs driving and £50 in fuel to then be told I had nowhere to stay. As it was short notice I couldn't find another room in the local area so I had to drive home for another 3hrs. I then received in the post a week later a PCN for not having a permit in the car park and a fine of £120. I will NEVER use this Hotel again nor OYO. Such a F-ing joke.

Last minute booking as we had an early flight from Luton airport. Arrived late in the evening and food service stopped at about 9. We ordered 3 meals and the staff were not phased or put out at all. Lovely welcome in fact. Bar nice and clean and food hit and decent. Easy check in and parking on site. Local to the town centre and airport/ airport parking. Convenient overnight stay. We would definitely use again
