Da über das Spa und die Wasserwelt an sich genug geschrieben wurde , komme ich zu den Kleinigkeiten , die mir wichtig waren . Auf der Durchreise habe ich den kleinen Umweg in Kauf genommen ( immerhin 50 Min. von der Brenner-Autobahn entfernt ) und nichts bereut . Bei der Ankunft gegen 11:00 durfte das Zimmer ( 307 ) direkt bezogen werden . Die Junior Suite ist absolut auf einem aktuellen Stand der Zeit und das Bett war sehr bequem . Ab 12:30 gab es ein reichhaltiges Buffet und abends ein gelungenes Abendessen … selbst wenn man nichts beim Standard-Menü findet , gibt es gegen geringen Aufpreis ( wirklich günstig ) einige Alternativgerichte wie z.B. Rinderfilet . Die Weinkarte ist für Hotelstandards sehr fair kalkuliert ( … Blauburgunder von Brunnenhof für 66.-€ ) … wenn ich mir da Häuser im nahegelegenen Kitzbühel anschaue ist der Preis mehr als fair . Fazit : Wer die Anfahrt nicht scheut wird wirklich belohnt …..

Frequento questo albergo dal 2014, ho viaggiato molto nel mondo per lavoro e vacanze, e posso dire con assoluta certezza che l'hotel Schwarzenstein di Lutago è il miglior albergo in cui sono stato, non riesco anche impegnandomi, a trovare un singolo difetto. Personale, pulizia, stanze, arredo, cibo, servizi, (silenzio) ed in particolare il centro wellness con saune, tutto impeccabile e perfetto, qui ti senti veramente coccolato in un mondo perfetto per poterti rilassare in tutta tranquillità. Conosciamo lo Schwarzestein da almeno 30 anni. Negli ultimi 10 abbiamo soggiornato almeno 2 volte l’anno. Struttura iconica per eleganza, rispetto e valorizzazione del paesaggio. Servizi, ristorazione, accoglienza, arredi e SPA di altissimo livello.

Come sempre hotel fantastico , sono 6 anni che decidiamo di passare una settimana di ferie qui e non si resta mai delusi , dalla cucina , alla spa e dalle mille offerte di giornata proposte non si resta mai delusi , raccomandato !

Wir waren im Juni im Schwarzenstein. Man kommt an und der Urlaub beginnt. An der Rezeption wird man sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles ist vorbereitet. Vorab genannte Wünsche werden erfüllt. Die Zimmer sehr groß, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Essen schmckt sehr gut, sehr kreativ angerichet und abwechslungsreich. Wer hier hungrig aufsteht ist selber schuld. Das Hotel ist auch für eingeschränkte Personen bestens geeignet. Alles ist barrierefrei erreichbar. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß. Man findet alles was man sich wünscht. 25m Becken im Freien. diverse saunen, Fitnessstudio und vieles mehr. In der Skybar hat man eine gute Aussicht übr das Tal. Das Hotel ist jeden Euro wert. Ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne ins Schwarzenstein. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Wünsche werden immer erfüllt, wenn es möglich ist. Obwohl das Hotel relativ groß ist fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Der Essensbereich ist unterteilt, daß es nicht zu große Bereich sind. Trotz der Größe ist es immer noch familiär. Die Chefs sind haben auch Zeit sich mit den Gästen zu unterhalten. Ich komme seit 10 Jahren ins Schwarzenstein und werde auch wieder dorthin in Urlaub fahren. Ein tolles Team in allen Bereichen.

Siamo stati qua 4 notti, la cucina davvero sublime mangiato benissimo e servizio ottimo complimenti!Il titolo parla chiaro, panorama rilassante voto 100, ma hotel confusionario.In teoria le zone sauna e relax dovrebbero appunto essere di relax ma così non è... dalle 11 alle 14 (che puntualmente dura di più visto che nessuno controlla)è consentita anche ai bambini (?)il delirio. I bambini praticamente non pagano e sarà anche per questo che ci sono sopratutto loro.Andate direttamente nella zona solo adulti, più piccola ma almeno non troverete schiamazzi.Se pensate che la maggior parte della gente vada a sciare scordatevelo, resteranno quasi tutti qua. Durante i pasti e sopratutto dopo cena la bolgia, nessun controllo, i bambini mollati da soli e la possibilità di bersi un cocktail o fare 4 chiacchieri impossibile. Capisco che non sia un only adulti ma neanche un family resort aime alle famiglie maleducate e' consentito davvero tutto. Peccato davvero, il potenziale e' pazzesco ma per coppie in cerca di pace e relax non lo consiglierei... cibo ottimo, signore delle pulizie gentilissime sopratutto la signora delle stanze 220 in poi. Per una vacanza all'insegna della pace sceglierei altro visto anche il costo ma complimenti allo staff!
