賓館就在美廬別墅旁邊。環境特別好。外觀保留了原來的石頭房子。內裝修風格很家庭化，公共區域就像家裡的客廳。

房子裝修還挺新，硬件設施還是可以的。但洗澡的熱水要等10分鐘以上有點難受，不知道熱水器是在哪裡輸送過來。
選了送水果，阿姨也來送了，好評。
早餐普普通通，倒是沒有驚喜。

酒店位置極好！出園區後，步行五分鐘可達牯嶺主街。園區獨立且很大，有專屬停車場和充電車位，大堂會議和餐廳集中在雲集樓設定，客房分散在園區各色民國風的別墅裏。一般是幾個房間共享一個別墅客餐廳，內部裝潢比較新，全屋地暖，入住前會貼心提前開好，取暖效果一流，睡前最好調低温度，避免熱醒！每天都有贈送新鮮水果及牛奶！酒店工作人員服務專業，在大堂臨時辦公時主動遞上熱茶！好評！早餐廳在雲集樓四層，服務人員迎賓引導等服務到位！自駕入住體驗拉滿！
