The moment I stepped into the Lushan Hotel, I felt a lightness in my step—a feeling not just from the crisp mountain air, but also from the delicate warmth and thoughtfulness woven into the hotel's service. Upon disembarking from the Lushan cable car, we found Manager Chen Guo already waiting for us. With a hearty smile, he promptly took our heavy luggage and drove us through the winding mountain roads. During the drive, he pointed out the scattered villas in the distance, sharing fascinating insights into the Lushan Hotel's history and culture. Manager Chen's narrative unfolded unhurriedly, as gentle yet profound as the Lushan mist, allowing the scenic beauty and cultural anecdotes to interweave delightfully. At check-in, the meticulous attention of Ms. Zhang Qian at the front desk was even more impressive. Upon learning of our specific requests regarding space, she promptly offered alternative options and personally showed us the available rooms. After a quick settlement, as we were planning our sightseeing trip, passing by the "Da Tang" area, Ms. Zhang Qian enthusiastically informed us about the sightseeing buses available within the scenic area and suggested purchasing a package ticket. This practical advice saved us considerable hassle and made our itinerary much smoother. Coincidentally, it was the Lushan International Love Film Week, which added a lively buzz to the hotel's surroundings. We even had the good fortune to run into a celebrity at Xianren Cave, which felt incredibly lucky! The hotel's buffet breakfast was yet another delightful surprise. The variety was extensive, offering both light and hearty options to cater to all tastes and preferences. Just before our departure, after several days of clear skies, Lushan unexpectedly became shrouded in fog, and the mountain breeze sweeping through the courtyard left us feeling refreshed and invigorated. The true essence of "a home away from home" isn't merely about impeccable service; it's about blending the natural beauty, rich history, and genuine human warmth into an experience as exquisite as a finely brewed tea, worth savoring slowly.

Excellent! The hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service to/from the cable car station. They also gave a small gift, and the service was incredibly attentive. It's very close to Guling Town, with a scenic area tour bus station right outside. Many attractions are nearby and within walking distance, such as Meilu Villa, the Conference Center, Zhou Enlai Memorial Hall, Cultural Expo Park, Street Garden, and Ruqin Lake. The room was exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the shuttle driver was equally enthusiastic, providing excellent recommendations on local dining, beverages, and transportation throughout the journey. The breakfast spread was also very generous, and the manager even suggested some of Lushan's specialty snacks. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

**Pros:** The location is excellent, with Lushan's central attractions within easy walking distance. Guling Main Street is also not far away. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help with any questions. Staying in the main building made dining and getting around very convenient, and it was also quite quiet at night. **Cons:** The breakfast was mediocre, and the quality of the coffee beans in the machine was just average. Both the disposable and ceramic cups were tiny, making them easy to overfill. The air conditioning in the room was incredibly loud – it was so noisy it gave me a headache! The window screens were also quite dirty.

This is a charming vintage-style hotel, surrounded by lush greenery, and very quiet in the evenings. It's conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the main street. The hotel has been recently renovated. The room type I booked wasn't particularly spacious, and while the bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, it felt a little cramped. Overall, however, it was still quite good. Everything was spotlessly clean and tidy. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very pleasant. We had dinner at the Wansonglin Restaurant; although the food might not have been perfectly to my friends' and my taste, we absolutely loved the service and the restaurant's atmosphere and style.

The cable car shuttle service was excellent; they picked us up even when we arrived late at night, and also came to our aid on a rainy day when we requested a pick-up, which was very thoughtful of them. While it's understandable to encounter insects on the mountain, the daily appearance of spiders and large bugs inside our room was concerning and definitely points to a need for improved pest control and cleanliness. Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable selection of items. However, we observed other guests exhibiting unhygienic behavior by picking up bread with their bare hands and putting it back, and there were no staff members present to monitor or intervene. Considering the room rate, it feels like a premium might be placed on its historical significance, as other aspects truly need significant improvement.

This is a quiet and pleasant place, definitely worth recommending. The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any questions. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. I was a bit concerned about the hygiene of external private restaurants, so I ended up having all three meals at the hotel. If I were to offer a couple of suggestions, they would be: the restaurant menu could use more variety as the current options are a bit limited, and the small round table in the room for personal items felt slightly too small. Despite these minor points, I would absolutely stay here again!

The architectural style is consistent with other buildings in the scenic area, featuring a charming historic exterior and vintage furnishings, thoughtfully combined with modern renovations for ultimate comfort. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; seeing that we checked in quite late, they kindly upgraded us to a room in the main building. Breakfast at the hotel offered a wide variety of choices and was very clean and hygienic.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Meilu Villa and the Xiangshankou sightseeing bus stop. Nestled on the hillside, this century-old historic building was constructed in 1908 and has hosted many national leaders. It was fully renovated and reopened in 2023. The interior is very new and modern. They offer shuttle service to the cable car and bus stops, and daily afternoon tea is a lovely touch. The breakfast spread is fantastic; my favorite was the rice noodles, which were absolutely delicious! I would definitely stay here again.

My child absolutely loved the toaster at the buffet and insisted I give it a special mention! The hotel's location was very convenient, and the service was impeccable. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious food. After a day of sightseeing, we could enjoy dinner directly at the Wansonglin Restaurant, saving us from the hassle of trying to find a good meal on the main street. After dinner, we could head straight back to our room to relax. The staff in the restaurant, especially the waitresses, were all wonderful and incredibly friendly. Next time we visit Lushan, we wouldn't hesitate to choose Lushan Hotel again.

However, there was a minor issue with the soundproofing of the room door; any noise from the corridor was clearly audible. Environment: Lushan truly lives up to its reputation as a perfect summer escape, staying cool even in summer. The hotel is nestled halfway up the mountain, surrounded by lush and beautiful forests. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. Service: I'd like to give a special shout-out to the excellent service. The shuttle driver was incredibly enthusiastic, introducing us to Lushan's attractions and history throughout the journey. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and even escorted us to our room. Other: If you're not planning to visit many attractions, you might consider skipping the scenic area shuttle. Taxis from the hotel to places like the museum are metered and only cost a little over ten RMB, which is a more economical option.

If you're traveling with elderly family members and young children, skip the villas – you don't want to risk a bad experience. Lushan Hotel is definitely the way to go; it's absolutely worth it. The service was excellent, and the rooms were spotless. I genuinely believe the hotel's restaurant offers the best food on the mountain, and it's fantastic value for money too. Just look at the window view – it's absolutely stunning! Lushan, I'll definitely be back, and when I do, I'll choose Lushan Hotel again.

Housed within original historic villas, the rooms are admittedly not huge. However, they've been recently renovated, are well-appointed with modern amenities, and boast pristine wooden floors. Convenience is key here, with two tourist bus stops located right nearby, making exploration effortless. The staff are incredibly friendly and deliver exceptionally attentive service. And the breakfast? Generous and varied! Considering the limited number of upscale hotels on Lushan Mountain, this one is definitely among the top choices. Highly recommended!

The Stargazer Room at Lushan Hotel offered a fantastic experience. It's a duplex, featuring a spacious living room downstairs and a private bedroom upstairs, providing a clear and thoughtful separation of living spaces. The large top-floor skylight offers an expansive view, allowing you to fully marvel at Lushan's brilliant starry sky from your bed at night. The hotel's location is superb, being adjacent to attractions like Meilu Villa, which makes exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff were incredibly attentive, providing thoughtful services such as luggage storage.

We switched our booking from another hotel, and it was only after making the change that we truly appreciated what makes Lushan Hotel special. The driver picked us up at a designated spot, which was very convenient. The room was very spacious, featured Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. We arrived at the hotel around 2 PM and enjoyed a complimentary afternoon tea with our child. The next day, we had a high-speed train scheduled for 3 PM. We set off for San Die Quan (Three-Tiered Springs) at 8 AM, but we seriously underestimated how demanding it would be. With our child, climbing back up was impossible, so we had no choice but to walk all the way down to the East Gate. We contacted the hotel, and they went above and beyond by delivering our luggage to the lower cable car station, which saved us a tremendous amount of time. This level of service truly deserves five stars – we will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
