Les propriétaires de cet établissement veulent le beurre et l'argent du beurre. Je m'explique, ayant réservé pour 40 personnes sur une semaine pleine (stage cycliste), une fois le prix minoré en échange de 280 nuitées assurées, nous avons été traités comme des sous clients... Repas 'cantine', les menus du jour ne nous étant pas proposés, à base essentiellement de pâtes (très bien pour le vélo, mais...).petits déjeuners mauvais, et interdiction, signalée de manière très grossière par la responsable de salle, de rejoindre les clients 'normaux' dans la salle attenante où se trouvaient de bien meilleures offres !!. Chambre propre mais sans confort, pas de réfrigérateur, pas de climatisation, ni ventilateur, très mal isolée phoniquement. Bar au tarif tropézien!! 6 euros le demi pression, et 5 euros pour un diabolo menthe 🤬 Seule bonne note que j'attribue à cet établissement: l'espace détente Spa, qui dénote dans ce médiocre environnement, offrant un moment agréable, teinté de 'luxe'... Vous vous doutez que je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel à titre privatif !!

Siamo stati qui usufruendo di uno Smartbox.. Che dire?? Tutto perfetto! Pulito e personale Gentilissimo! Ristorante ottimo! Se devo trovare un difetto l’acqua della piscina interna leggermente fresca, avrei gradito qualche grado in più! Ma la struttura nel totale è un 10! Ti senti a casa con una gentilezza che non trovi in tantissimi posti!

Una bellissima scoperta per ricaricarsi di energia positiva.Albergo molto accogliente,personale più che disponibile,gentile e con il sorriso.Cena eccellente dall'antipasto al dolce,servizio impeccabile.Il valore aggiunto è la Spa Nivolano,curata in ogni dettaglio,non mi aspettavo fosse così completa!Tre ore davvero godute nel più totale relax...Sicuramente un posto in cui tornerò con immenso piacere!!!Complimenti a tutto lo staff per il lavoro che svolge!E grazie!

It was horrendous. The quality of the rooms were horrible: the beds had stains on them and there were a fair few spiders in the bathroom, further more the food made my friend vomit not once but twice. I do not recommend eating here let alone staying.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie. All'arrivo al ricevimento abbiamo avuto tutte le informazioni necessarie per rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Dopo esserci sistemati in camera, che si presentava ben pulita e in ordine, siamo scesi in sala per pranzare. Abbiamo assaporato una cucina molto buona e curata. Dopo un riposino siamo andati nella SPA. Dopo aver goduto di un massaggio rilassante abbiamo usufruito dei vari servizi che la SPA offre. Piscina con varie cascate e zone idromassaggio, sauna tradizionale, sauna di sale, bagno turco ecc. La sera a cena abbiamo nuovamente assaporato la bontà della loro cucina. Siamo rimasti così soddisfatti che sto scrivendo questa recensione mentre siamo ancora a tavola. Superfluo dire che torneremo senz'altro in questa bella struttura, perché merita per professionalità, cordialità e cura dei dettagli.

Sono stata lì per la prima volta posto molto accogliente personale gentilissimo e disponibile spa molto bella e ideale per rilassarsi senza troppi disturbi cena spettacolare piatti buonissimi e una cura nei dettagli impressionante pulizia camere approvata colazione anche😊 Consigliato spero di tornare presto

Ottimo ristorante, portate generose e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. II titolari persone squisite, ti mettono a tuo agio e ti sanno consigliare. Siamo tornati due sere di fila e siamo rimasti sempre soddisfatti. Ottime anche le pizze molto ricche.
