房間很有特色！窗外有一條河，有一個單獨泡池！很方便！孩子們玩得很開心！外面的泡池種類很多，特別是早上換水後，很乾凈

去了很多次都是帶小孩長者朋友去的，因為覺得環境服務還可以所以經常去。可是現在是越來越差了，以前訂房小孩泡温泉可以免一個多出的補38元一個現在小童不免超l．l米的60一個人大人小孩一個價格，訂一個房間580加兩個小孩120一個房間就700塊，一個房間衹有兩張早餐券，除外早餐28一個人，而且早點很簡單就連煮的白雞蛋都沒有……現在是什麼都要付費，以前龍棲宮有隔層上面有個榻榻米還鋪了床現在上面就一個榻榻米床而且還全是灰。要鋪床就必須付費，1點左右去辦入住兩點半了房間衞生都還沒有搞好，我們去到房間看到其它有4間搞好衞生的空着一直沒有人入住服務員沒有辦理給我們而是讓我們等着未搞好衞生的房間。現在酒店的服務態度也很不好問個事情態度強硬還半天沒一個結果，如果還是這樣以後不會再去也不會再推薦朋友去……

好的方面：環境不錯，前台和客房服務員態度熱情有禮，温泉水滑洗凝脂；
待改進：温泉區吧枱的服務意識欠缺，房間淋浴温度低，洗完澡會很冷
