大廳豪華 雖然是老酒店 但是清潔工作人員 時時注意清潔 酒店位於羅源市中心 對街與對面街道 都有很多餐飲服務 吃喝方便
櫃檯接待人員 安排快速入房 也安排無菸房間
唯一遺憾的是 酒店一部分五樓以下 沒有景觀
但是 櫃檯人員 事先表示 如不喜歡 可以再換
服務到位 下次我再來就一定會住
房間寬敞 乾濕分離 設施完整

5樓房間吵得要命知道嗎？一直有不知道哪裡的dj聲音無敵大聲一直持續到半夜2-3點，吵的我頭痛，酒店保障顧客安靜休息是基本的！還有枕頭上都是煙味，衞生間很臭，唯一優點就是有小度關燈很方便

房間好，服務好，各種都好，唯獨早餐實在太差。實在是對不起這個400多塊的價格。如果是200多塊的酒店，這早餐也就認了。關鍵是酒店也不便宜。可能是因為客人少，所以很多東西看上去擺了很久。走了一圈都不敢吃，很多客人也沒怎麼吃。我最後點了一碗麪。

降温了，房間竟然衹提供冷氣，不提供暖氣。
洗手枱的插座位置很多污漬，很臟了。
小度小度，裏的音樂能不能買點會員。。。

亮點是小度，開燈、窗簾等非常方便。衞生一般，衹是收拾大面，細節沒有，一塊抹布解決所有😓雞肋的是洗臉盆，特別彆扭，不方便，淋浴間和廁所的玻璃是透的，這設計真是無語，倆床間玻璃可透真是太尷尬了。洗衣房看起來不是專為客人準備的，烘乾機是國產的，需要3個多小時還不一定幹，之前在別的酒店用過LG的才發現有好大的差別😓😓它家早餐不錯，每天會略有不同。樓下有KTV10點以後會有很大的噪音，敏感的人不推薦。附近小吃多，交通便利。
