Environment: Before our trip to Luoyang, I spent a good while comparing hotels on various platforms and eventually came across Meihou. Initially, I figured a national chain hotel wouldn't disappoint. However, I did have a slight concern that, being newly opened this year, it might have a 'new hotel' smell. To my pleasant surprise, throughout our four-day stay, we didn't notice anything of the sort. The front desk staff were also incredibly thoughtful; one kind lady even offered to arrange an air purifier for our room. And whenever we needed anything during our stay, the staff were quick to have a robot deliver it. The room decor was also quite pleasing and felt very cozy. I noticed the wallpaper cleverly incorporated elements of Luoyang culture, featuring peony flowers. There was even a cute little Tang Sancai-style horse in the room – I almost wanted to take it home, haha! The lobby was very stylishly decorated. What really impressed us were the large refrigerators stocked with complimentary drinks, snacks, and fruits – quite a draw! My child was so taken with it that they kept asking if we could stay here again next time. The room was also spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with alcohol disinfectant wipes. What's more, it's one of the few hotels I've stayed in that provides individual sachets of laundry detergent in the room – a feature I absolutely loved! Facilities: The room boasted full smart home automation – just by saying 'Xiaodu Xiaodu,' we could control everything. This was incredibly convenient, especially for older guests. The housekeeping staff were very meticulous with their cleaning, and the breakfast spread offered a good variety of options. The *Hú Lā Tāng* (spicy and sour soup) seemed to have been slightly adapted; it was less spicy than what you typically find outside, which made it much more enjoyable for my palate. All in all, it was a very positive experience. The locals in Luoyang were incredibly hospitable too. We'll definitely be back!

We booked this hotel for our trip to Longmen Grottoes. You can walk to the Southwest Gate of the Longmen Grottoes from the hotel. The owner said they could pick us up at the Southwest Gate. It turns out that taking a taxi from here to the Northwest Gate visitor center and then exiting from the Southwest Gate is the most energy-saving way to visit. If you don't need the owner to pick you up, it's only about a seven or eight-minute walk to the guesthouse. **Cleanliness**: Very clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable. We were very satisfied. The owner had even turned on the air conditioning before we arrived. **Environment**: The guesthouse is located in a village, and it's quite easy to find by following the signs. The guesthouse's own environment is also very nice, with a bamboo grove where a large flock of birds roosts, and there's also a cute little white rabbit.

Cleanliness: Perhaps due to the rainy season, we still saw some bugs in some small corners of the bathroom. This may require further disinfection and cleaning. Environment: The location is excellent, right in the heart of Qujing, with various shopping options within easy reach of the scenic area. The Longmen Grottoes entrance is only about a five-minute walk away. If you're visiting Longmen, I recommend staying here for a night. Service: Since this hotel is located within the scenic area, the lobby staff can pick you up in advance. For those who have difficulty walking, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance so they can pick you up at the entrance and help with your luggage. Overall, this hotel has a great location. If you're looking for a location within the scenic area, I highly recommend it. However, if your main focus is the city, this location is quite far from other scenic areas.

All hotel rooms have windows and are well-ventilated, which is great. The hotel features central air conditioning. Their high-speed rail station shuttle service is excellent. Yesterday, the front desk processed check-in very quickly and provided superb service. Upon check-in, the hotel offers complimentary yogurt. The Longmen Grottoes are also conveniently located nearby. I highly recommend staying here; the hotel even provides complimentary Hanfu for guests to wear, completely free of charge, which is a wonderful perk!
