The hotel service was absolutely exceptional, to the point where you almost feel pampered! First off, they offer an airport/train station pick-up and drop-off service. For pick-up, they hold a sign, and upon entering the car, you're offered refreshing towels, special peony cakes, and sliced fruit. Inside the hotel, nearly all staff members—from the buffet service to housekeeping, and even staff just passing by—demonstrated an incredibly high level of service awareness. The only exception was two rather arrogant front desk ladies on one particular day, whose attitude was quite dismissive. Breakfast was also fantastic, which we thoroughly enjoyed. My dad was especially pleased with the salmon, and there was a wide variety of snacks available daily. On our second day, upon returning to our room after a stroll, the housekeeping staff noticed I had hand-washed some intimate apparel. She thoughtfully left a sweet note, along with some laundry detergent and hair ties. It was incredibly heartwarming! We also received small gifts every day – I got two fridge magnets, a small mirror, and a Labubu keychain. My husband joked that I was completely won over by all the little presents, but honestly, that's not the whole story; I genuinely feel the overall experience far exceeded its value for money.

Five-star praise, the location is very easy to find, and it's very close to the subway station, so it's very convenient to come here. What surprised me most about this store is the service. Although I encountered some minor problems, the staff kept apologizing and helping to solve them. They really put customers first. For this rare atmosphere and service, I must also give a good review, great! There are very large floor-to-ceiling windows with good air circulation and very good conditions. This is one of my favorite platforms because I can always find a lot of novel stores here, which is great! I would like to give it five stars because the scenery is very attentive and it's great! It's very interesting and very suitable for experiencing it with your partner and unlocking new stores. I will come again next time if I have time. The hotel's hardware facilities are very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. It was a very satisfying experience. The store area is very large. I rarely write reviews, but this was my first time in Luoyang. After looking at many hotels and guesthouses, I ultimately decided on Fengye with some hesitation. However, I was genuinely not disappointed! The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the elevators were efficient, and the room amenities were also very new. The location is absolutely unbeatable – it's only a few minutes' walk from Jiefang Road subway station, at the intersection of two subway lines, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, placing it firmly in the city center. I'll definitely stay here again!

I particularly loved its unique and stylish decor. **Amenities:** The facilities are comprehensive and feature smart devices. **Environment:** The surroundings are superb, with a full range of amenities nearby, including large supermarkets, a bustling snack street, and a subway station, making it incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of local transport options right outside the hotel. **Service:** The service was exceptional. From the security guard at the entrance who skillfully directed parking, to the warm welcome and efficient check-in at the front desk, and the meticulous cleaning by the housekeeping staff – it's evident that the hotel is genuinely dedicated to its guests. **Exquisite Afternoon Tea:** The afternoon tea was generous and featured Luoyang's special Haibi soda, along with delicate pastries. **Aoweisi Fitness Personal Training Experience:** The coach was very professional and provided patient guidance.

The hotel boasts a lovely environment and the service was incredibly warm and attentive. They were very thoughtful, allowing me to check in early since my high-speed train arrived quite ahead of schedule. Given the hot weather, I wasn't keen on dining out. Fortunately, the hotel has both a Chinese restaurant and a buffet, and the food was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the garlic lobster and scallops, short ribs, beef 'huoshao', black chicken soup, and bullfrog with yellow peppers. The hotel is also conveniently located near a food street, and public transportation is excellent. There are direct bus routes to popular attractions such as Yingtianmen, Longmen Grottoes, White Horse Temple, and the Luoyang Museum. Furthermore, with a large supermarket right next door, it's super easy to pick up necessities or grab a bubble tea.

The hotel deserves a total of 5 points for its positioning. First of all, the location is good. It is close to the railway station and the bus station. It is only about 20 minutes' drive from the airport. It is very convenient to travel. Secondly, there are many restaurants and convenience stores around, which are convenient for dining. In addition, it is within a controllable range to tourist attractions. The room facilities are relatively complete, clean and hygienic. The layout is elegant, warm and intelligent. The breakfast dishes are rich. The service awareness of the service staff is also quite strong, reflecting a strong professionalism. For example, Ms. Qianqian, the staff at the front desk, is particularly enthusiastic. She actively provides tourist information and gives guests small gifts before checking out, etc. A series of actions are very heartwarming. I will stay there when I go to Luoyang in the future

I must praise the room I booked this time. The room rates in Luoyang during the National Day holiday were very high. I spent a lot of time choosing this hotel. The location of this hotel is very good and the price is reasonable. It is not far from Jiuzhou Pond, Yingtian Gate, and Tiantang Mingtang. It is about 2 kilometers away. You can get there by bike or electric bike. There is a subway station one kilometer away. It takes 7 stops to reach Longmen High-speed Railway Station. Not far from Xigong Street is Xiaojie Tianfu and other restaurants. It is very convenient to eat. The best thing is that there are two single beds and a bunk bed in the room, which is very friendly for a family of 3 or 4 people. The bathroom is very flush! It is very comfortable to take a shower. The best thing is the lighting system. The interface is simple and easy to operate. Unlike some hotels, you have to press this and that for a long time. There is a voice-controlled sensor light at the door of the bathroom, which is very convenient for people like me who get up at night. There are many types of breakfast, and the children like it very much. I compared it with various things before. The exterior photos look quite old, and I am still worried. In fact, it is quite good inside and very clean. During the National Day holiday, breakfast was served at 6:30 in advance. We also had breakfast on the day we left to catch the train. I will stay here again.

Pros: Just opened, facilities are new and complete; about 8-9 minutes walk from Jiefang Road subway station, surrounded by Wangfujing shopping district; very quiet, the courtyard is very elegant; service staff are very considerate and have good attitudes Cons: Opened in April, so although there is a Honeywell air purifier in the room, the smell is still a bit strong (it is recommended to open the door for ventilation on hot days when there are not many insects 😭) People with sensitive smells should avoid it! If you come next year, I think it will be ok ps: I forgot to take a photo of the room, and the one point deducted for hygiene is not because of hygiene, but because of the new decoration smell 😭

The TV in the room was large and could be projected, making it very convenient for watching TV shows in bed at night. The bathroom shower had a small shelf for shower gel and conditioner, so they were always within easy reach. The maid would ask if we needed housekeeping and replenish daily necessities every day. The housekeeping was excellent, and the service was great. I highly recommend it. Getting around was very convenient, with Wangfujing Department Store and Dennis David Place nearby, and the subway entrance was also very close.

The hotel service is very attentive, when I arrived late they still enthusiastically welcomed me and gave me hairpins, the room is very spacious and beautiful in Chinese style, there is an automatic toilet, everything is complete, there is even a laundry room and a n*** gym next door, the breakfast at the restaurant is luxurious, rich and complete. Especially, you 小谷 welcomed and enthusiastically helped us buy party tickets and gave us free Hanfu, answered our questions. With the price of service and location, there is definitely no better place than this. The interesting thing is that when I checked out, the hotel gave me a small gift. Thank you very much.
