第一次來洛陽旅遊選擇了這家酒店，詢問前台周邊的景點，小姐姐們都很親切也很認真負責的給我介紹，酒店的環境還有大廳的音樂看着書吧讓人感覺非常舒適，每次點外賣還可以讓機器人送到房間非常便利。這一趟旅程很滿意，下次再來洛陽還來住這家酒店，希望漢庭應天門店可愛的工作人員們，身體健康工作順利一切順意！

這次住的酒店，環境和設施真的太讓人滿意了！一進大堂，挑高的天花板搭配柔和燈光，空間開闊又敞亮。房間裏的佈局合理，採光超棒，白天陽光滿滿，晚上拉上厚實的窗簾，又安靜又遮光。床品軟乎乎的，一躺上去就不想起來，空調製冷制熱都快，還沒什麼噪音，衞生間乾濕分離，淋浴的水温穩定、水壓也足，洗漱用品品質很不錯，用起來温和舒服，下次還選這裏

不得不説，華住集團旗下酒店品質真的十分優秀，這家酒店讓我的洛陽之行十分的滿意，不僅是酒店的工作人員，洛陽人民的淳樸好客讓這座千年古都給我和我的家人都留下十分美好的印象。
位置：酒店位置十分優越，位於洛陽老城區核心地段，酒店旁邊就是洛陽市公安局，這滿滿的安全感誰懂啊。而且不管去哪裡都很方便，酒店斜對面就是洛陽人都愛去逛的西工小街，走幾步就能吃到西工飯莊，漿麪條，胡辣湯，各類洛陽美食應有盡有小街裏面還有網紅小街鍋貼，小街天府等店，價格親民不貴，住了五天真的不缺好吃的！晚上小街的夜市也很熱鬧，能逛到各類紀念品，伴手禮店！從酒店1公里左右就能坐到洛陽市兩條地鐵，附近有萬達，王府井等商圈，往東步行就能到達應天門，天堂明堂景點，不願步行的話，洛陽市內有很多共享單車和電動車，騎上晚上看夜景很方便，網約車價格也十分親民！附近的56路公交能直達白馬寺公交站，81路可到龍門石窟，從龍門石窟白園出來返乘81到達酒店，票價衹要1.6元，距離洛陽博物館也不遠，打網約車衹要8塊左右！所以酒店位置真的十分優越！
環境設施∶酒店裡麪設施齊全，大廳環境舒適乾淨，可接取免費的牡丹花茶，點一杯冰美式在大廳裏安坐也別有一番享受！酒店有自助的洗衣機和烘乾機，雨天有雨傘，十分便利！
衞生∶房間十分乾淨整潔，保潔阿姨會每天打掃乾淨，住過這麼多酒店，第一次見到有酒店洗漱台，杯子，馬桶，地板，玻璃擦的一塵不染，毫無水漬！每天出門遊玩回來看到整潔乾淨的房間，心情都舒暢很多！必須好評！
服務∶最後，最重要的一點，非常感謝酒店前台漂亮小姐姐還有保潔阿姨。主動熱情，盡職盡責，禮貌親和，在洛陽的五天四夜，讓我的父母家人印象非常好。早上出門着急，衣服還在洗衣機沒洗完烘乾，前台小姐姐主動幫助我們，洗完後烘乾併疊好裝袋繫上標簽，晚上回來後直接就能拿到洗好乾凈的衣物！入住的前兩天下雨，行李箱有點臟臟的，酒店的馮阿姨打掃衞生時還主動幫我把行李箱擦乾淨了。瓶裝水不夠喝，早上出門時父母隨口跟
保潔阿姨説一了多要瓶水，回來時就發現尹阿姨給父母房間多放了兩瓶，真的很驚喜！酒店工作人員的服務真的很貼心！
來洛陽五天四夜，所有的愉快體驗都起始於剛剛入住酒店時工作人員的服務，當然也來源於熱情好客的洛陽人民，這個五星評價既是給酒店和工作人員的，也是給所有熱情好客的洛陽人民的。我也會給身邊的朋友，同事安利洛陽這樣一座熱情的城市，讓大家都來玩兒！

酒店整體裝修特別新，看着就很舒服，完全沒有陳舊感。
酒店裡雙床的床品質感很棒，床墊軟硬適中，睡得特別踏實。衞生間不僅乾濕分離做得徹底，洗完澡出來外面一點不潮，而且打掃得乾乾淨淨，角落都沒死角，一點異味都沒有，用着特別放心。
不管是叫客房服務還是有其他需求，工作人員響應都特別快，態度也熱情。整體住下來既舒適又省心，下次來玩還選這家！不愧為漢庭3.0

這家酒店的設施真的很貼心！尤其是一樓的自助飲水台，隨時能喝到温/熱水或涼水，對想多喝水的客人來説太方便了。自助儲物櫃也特別實用，臨時存放行李、背包什麼的，既安全又省心，不用一直拎在手裡，感覺特別人性化。房間安排的也很舒適，整體住下來，因為這些細節設施，體驗感加強了不少，很值得稱讚！

地理位置相當好，離地鐵🚇口很近，離小街天府很近，到應天門一站地鐵的距離。前台接待員可以幫忙照看洗衣房洗衣服，還幫忙烘乾裝進袋子裏，房間清潔人員，幫忙搽乾淨了行李箱，服務非常好，房間乾淨整潔，安靜！

很久年沒有住過快捷酒店了，現在出行一般五星級，最少也是全季，亞朵……洛陽老城區沒有五星級，想着訂一家離小街天府近一點的酒店，最後選的這一家漢庭……沒有想到，真心超出了預期……服務非常棒👍🏻，尤其工作人員湛雙麗，讓人感覺特別温馨！前台工作人員服務也很好，每次外面回來都會問好，笑容很親切，感覺回家一樣！
退房時還贈送了小禮品！
總體感覺非常好，也説點需要改進的吧：吹風機，一貫的快捷酒店類型，需要一直按着，還有就是吹風小，且熱風不熱……
洛陽之行很好，還會再來，同樣，也還會再次入住這家漢庭
