酒店的環境安靜，緊鄰地鐵站，交通方便，房間寬敞，潔具乾淨整齊，牙刷居然是電動的，服務非常貼心，住了二天，每天送水果酸奶，純凈水無限暢飲，四星級酒店五星級服務，就是停車場略小，性價比很高，特別是表揚服務員小靜，服務到位耐心，令人感動。下次去洛陽還住這裏。

第一次來洛陽玩，從網站上無意間發現這個酒店，結果意外出奇的好。第一是服務非常好，從我們入住的第1天晚上一進門就有早提前準備好的水果和小吃。並且上面寫的紙條説，如果想喝綠豆湯就給他們打電話。當天晚上也是喝到了熱乎乎的綠豆湯。後幾天我們出去玩的時候，白天都被打掃的乾乾淨淨，晚上回到酒店後還會有綠豆湯喝，而且還貼心的給我們準備了紅糖薑茶，把我們的任何舉動都放在眼裡。這裏特別表揚一下娟娟和小靜兩位阿姨也是非常熱心。服務態度很好，人也非常的善良，幫助了我們很多還告訴我們下次來洛陽玩兒的一些攻略。我因在外旅遊沒帶電腦酒店特特意給我拿一個筆記本來。半夜打電話酒店也是第一時間給我們解決問題的辦法，完全把我們當成了親人般的存在。離店後，酒店還給我們專門準備了一份禮物，讓我們心情非常的愉悦。這個就為了這個酒店，洛陽下次還會再來！

房子挺好的！我們住在8樓！雖然挨着馬路！但是幾乎聽不到聲音！早飯我們是8點去的！感覺東西不是太多！但是吃飽沒問題！晚上還有阿姨推着車子給送綠豆湯！孩子跟阿姨又要飲料也很痛快的給了！謝謝叫娟娟的服務人員！
