The hotel is near 西工小街 which is a popular tourist destination. However the hotel's lift is heavily used by other occupants in the building and can be rather difficult to get into. The service staff was also very helpful and respectful.
However, the hotel's hot water takes a long time to be warm enough for showering, and the cleanliness of the rooms is not always stellar. The rooms are big and spacious however. Many of the rooms also reek of smoke. The hotel contains a washing machine with no dryer, and it is located in one of the staff toilets.

這次的住宿體驗很好，床鋪柔軟舒適，衞生間乾濕分離，乾淨無異味，實施齊全品質優良。熱水供應充足，淋浴噴頭水流恰到好處，洗去了一天的疲憊，這個價位既然能做到如此經濟實惠，並且商家還給我免費升級了房間，前台小姐姐也十分熱情周到，強烈推薦給大家！！

非常好,環境很漂亮,房間裏面非常乾淨,還有浴池,雙人洗手枱，洗漱非常方便，房間面積大，環境舒適，喜歡酒店的花園空氣清新，前台小姐姐很耐心的幫我查詢路線，態度很好，離洛河很近那邊有很多人跑步，並且價格也很划算，真的是特別特別特別好的一次住宿體驗！

來洛陽隨手訂的酒店，竟然意外的好，周圍環境很好，出門都是公交站牌，樓下有賣早餐的，還有牛肉湯，房間佈置很温馨，很棒，環境也是絕了，有個大花園，現在月季都開了，很好看，有洗衣房可以免費洗衣服，在外面晾衣服很快就幹了。住的很滿意！

酒店環境很好，外面有花園，還有全自動窗簾，各類設施齊全，服務非常好，很熱情，衞生很乾凈，離景區近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的，主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意！非常好，衞生間乾濕分離，並且還免費給換了更大點的房間！推薦！！！
