房間挺寬敞的，設施也比較齊全，挺乾淨的。衞生間沒有異味，洗手枱可能因為時間久了，有的地方有裂紋。

設施：洗手枱、馬桶、電視、桌椅等有七成新，使用起來挺順手，沒有什麼故障，洗臉池的水龍頭出水量大、熱水來得快，就是排水有點慢，但也不太影響使用。
衞生：房間衞生打掃乾淨，沒有太大異味。
環境：我住的房間不臨路，窗户面對的是小區，所以還是比較安靜，也沒有被隔壁或者走廊聲響吵到。
