Check-in was smooth, hotel facilities were good, environment was great, and rooms were spacious. The staff had good service awareness. But the spa was expensive, and the mini cinema seemed broken, so I didn't like it. The book bar was well designed. The breakfast was a bit thin. Recommended to stay, a very good local hotel

There is a private cinema and a spa (the fee is very high). There is a subway station near the hotel, which is quite convenient. There are convenience stores nearby. Hygiene: The design is good, but the hygiene is really bad. There are many dead corners that cannot be cleaned. The bad experience will reduce the points. You can see the pictures for details. Overall, it is good. Except for the hygiene and high consumption, there are no other major problems.

Guobao Borui Hotel is the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in so far. The hotel is very new, and the whole hotel is full of artistic atmosphere. The facilities are very complete, with a gym, a bookstore comparable to Zhongshuge, and a small private cinema. The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, and there is even salmon every morning. Compared with these, what satisfies me most is the hotel service staff. Manager Han of the concierge department is the first service staff I met when I came to the hotel. His enthusiasm made me feel like I was back home. I really felt that every one of his customers was treated as a family member. He did his work not waiting for the guests to ask, but was particularly proactive in thinking about the guests, working in front, very detailed and comprehensive. The room service lady on the fourth floor was also very considerate. Seeing that I was hanging clothes, she took the initiative to help me get the laundry detergent. Master Ji who sent me to the train station and other service staff were also very enthusiastic. This trip to Luoyang left a very deep impression on me.
