服務：當天因為去欒川遊玩，到洛陽很晚了，還去逛了小吃街，所以到酒店的時候很晚，差不多凌晨兩點才到。但是管家小姐姐還在等我們辦理入住，感覺很貼心，需要什麼東西的話，及時溝通也會滿足你的需求。
環境：這邊風景真的很好，而且旁邊還是個花海基地，衹不過這個季節沒有花，但是空氣很清新，就類似一個房間一個小院子，但是蚊蟲真的很多，尤其是因為太潮的關係，有很多鼠婦。
設施：房間設施齊全，吹風機功率大，好像每個房間都有浴缸，邊泡澡邊看着電視很愜意
衞生：整個旅途，所有的都很滿意，唯獨酒店的衞生，一言難盡。紙巾所剩無幾沒有及時補，房間沒有放瓶裝水，因為白天開了窗户的原因，有蚊子飛到房間裏，但是太晚了，房間裏有上個顧客用剩的小半截蚊香，以及上個顧客用剩的蚊香灰，所以就沒有找管家要驅蚊的。沙發旁邊的地上有死蟑螂、淋浴間的地上有蜘蛛，蜘蛛網，還有鼠婦在爬，真的一整個無語住，但是到酒店收拾完已經兩點半了，讓我再去換個酒店 真的沒有精力，而且地方很偏，如果我要到市區居住的話，起碼還得40分鐘，所以就湊合住了。但是真的越住越難受，衞生間有上個顧客的煙灰，馬桶旁邊還有紙，洗髮水是放在洗手枱上的，並且洗手枱上有頭髮，還有裝洗漱用品的塑料包裝紙，我有自己帶消毒噴霧的習慣，連馬桶，我用消毒噴霧噴了一圈，再用紙巾擦拭，擦拭完的紙都是臟的，
真心的很喜歡酒店的環境，但這麼差的衞生問題還不跟上的話，遲早會毀在衞生上

沒什麼服務，環境就是像廢棄的公園那種，雜草啥的挺多的，沒什麼娛樂。屋子挺大的，入住的時候打掃很慢，下午去辦入住的時候現打掃的

一進民宿，就被他的環境吸引住啦，院子裏各種各樣的花草，特別漂亮，房間佈置的也很温馨，床又舒服又軟，睡啦一覺感覺精神都好啦，房間也很安靜，真的太喜歡這裏的環境啦。
