有點驚艷我了，在景區裏的古街上，早上走路就進景區。園林設計，獨特的風格。出門的古街逛一逛也是挺有意思的。服務態度極其好，出現問題積極解決，從不推諉。這個價格説真的，性價比很高。之後餐廳如果能豐富起來就更好了

作為一家設在五A級景區的酒店，首焉酒店各方面均完美契合景區標準要求。房間整潔乾淨，設施設備齊全。雖然剛剛開業僅有月餘，然而從前台到餐廳，從保安到保潔，服務熱情周到，確有賓至如歸之感，總體令人相當滿意。
特別感謝前台兩位小李、小韓、小翟和保安黃師傅，餐飲部趙女士，在我住店期間身體突感不適時給予我的幫助，包括聯繫120急救，引導救護車到達最近上車點，攙扶我一路上車，打包早點，照看行李等等，使我得到安心且及時的治療。
酒店領導在我們返回後親表慰問，也令我們感動不已。在我們表示欲續住一天時，還給我們了一個價格上的大紅包呢！
洛陽之行，收穫滿滿，看到的不僅僅是絕美的景，感受更多的還有濃濃的情。
最後，我要説一聲：看龍門石窟，住首焉酒店。

The hotel we stayed in this time was really nice! It's a courtyard-style house with spacious space, so it's not cramped to live in. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions when I checked in. I give her five stars for her service! Parking is also worry-free. The staff contacted me in advance and asked me to park in the underground parking lot of the northwest service area. It only takes two or three minutes to walk from there to the hotel, which is very convenient. I didn't have high expectations at first, but the experience was beyond my imagination. 總體很棒。酒店雖然是新開的，但是房間一點味道都沒有，房間面積蠻大的，設施設備齊全，健身房洗衣房也都有。前台服務也很好，主動送了雙份早餐，住得很舒心，推薦給來洛陽玩的朋友！
