首先酒店是在景區裏面，停車可停景區地下停車場，然後小哥哥會到停車場接你，到酒店前台辦理入住時小禮品送，飲料，水都是免費提供，酒店管理非常好，房間也乾淨，大，特別是床，太舒服了，總之非常推薦

房間不錯，位置不錯，距離龍門石窟西北服務區很近。酒店設施都很不錯，但小院似乎還沒有修好。酒店距離停車場位置，有三分鐘步行距離，前台服務員客氣，幫忙領到酒店，並且幫忙拿行李，人很好，很感謝。酒店提供免費水，飲料，小麻花，一進酒店很温馨，大家都很熱情接待。不足的是，早餐有點拉分。麪湯是用一個大電飯鍋裝的，感覺很low，麪鹵子，感覺好幾天了似乎的。早餐和酒店的整體設施不匹配。

房間很乾凈，總體而言都挺好的。唯一的缺點就是晚上的時候走廊沒有燈，指示牌也少了點，找房間和洗衣房花了些時間

房間還是不錯的，我們兩大三小，住這裏就是想着帶孩子慢慢耍，看看石窟，真的很不錯哦！謝謝小姐姐和小哥哥的接待，還給小朋友送了零食！

我們是7月29日下午入住的首焉酒店，前台的服務生和夜晚的保安師傅都非常熱情，不僅幫我們修理輪椅，夜晚長者不舒服了又忙着找葯，真的要謝謝你們，酒店不僅硬件設施好，軟件服務也很到位，推薦給大家嘗試。
