每天同樓層的菸客，從享受早晨的第一根菸，到飯後睡前的第N根菸為止，濃濃的二手菸味充塞在走道，無孔不入地由門縫躦了進來，直到睡死為止才願意饒了不吸菸者的肺。菸客充分享受吸菸自由的同時，酒店是否也應該設法在通風硬體上作些改善，以維護不吸菸房客呼吸清新空氣的權利？

We loved our stay to this hotel. We even extended for another night. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has an extremely nice fitness center and free washer and dryer. The breakfast was okay, nothing fancy, pretty standard. Our only complaint is the room and hallways smelled very heavy of cigarettes and smoke.

設施：全屋智能，但是第一次遇到這麼不智能的小度，可能需要升級了吧，最後還是靠自己了
衞生：衞生還是不錯的，小而精，保潔阿姨很用心，但是建議贈送的下午茶可以用保鮮膜包裝一下，這樣防止落灰，更安心。
環境：酒店內部環境還是不錯的，但是這個樓下有個烤肉店是晚上營業，凌晨三點多閉店的。而且會有外擺桌椅，導致樓下半夜用餐聲音傳上來非常清楚，不能開窗睡覺。對面的西工小街其實很小，也沒什麼轉的，小街天府是四川口味小吃。走到應天門和天堂明堂20分鐘。
服務：從前台到保潔阿姨服務都是不錯的，餐廳服務阿姨建議增加些服務笑容，其它都還好。
離店時送了個冰箱貼，體現了店家的用心。對洛陽這個城市印象很好。
