作為一個洛陽本地人，我覺得這個價格真的很貴，很不划算。給到一個差評。
1.房間窗户形同虛設，外面跟一堵厚厚大大的牆幾乎緊挨，房間結構類似於一個死房，非常閉塞。
2.170多的價格還是我用積分優惠過後的，洛陽比這便宜比這環境好的民宿大有去處。位置十分不好找，十字街下來在路中間一個小巷子拐進去，千萬不要選擇這家。
3.房間面積不大不小，就是民改房，環境一般，跟網上掛的照片也不符，住進來才發現是冤大頭。
還是那句話，咱們出遊不要選擇民宿，首選酒店。大部分情況下民宿都是很貴的，酒店的入住有保障不説，還沒那麼貴，民宿都是私人的，自己掂量。
還有就是出又不要選擇十字街，洛邑古城這種重災區，全是網紅效應，實際上啥也沒有。
綜上所述，當時入住的不舒服體驗已經有的想不起來了，給到差評，對得起這個價格跟房間環境。

房間很乾凈，老闆還有老闆娘人都超級好，帶着小朋友住的，看我不方便，還把行李幫我拿到了二樓，小朋友不舒服想喝熱水，燒好給我們送到房間，房間佈置的很温馨，舒適，還貼心的準備了一次性的拖鞋，還有馬桶墊，洛陽很好玩，洛陽人也都很熱情，下次還來

房間是簡約風格，小院裝修非常小清新。房子位置緊鄰十字街，出衚衕口就是，我們第一天步行到麗景門-應天門，第二天步行到洛邑古城。唯一不便的是打車需要從十字街出來，不過不可能十全十美，還是出遊方便更重要！非常推薦！

位置很好，周圍很熱鬧。就是民宿，房間緊湊，沒什麼服務。需要什麼跟老闆説，人很好，很熱情。能接受民宿的，就可以推薦。

房間非常好，各方面都達到預期，大家都來住吧，真的非常好，不是託，唯一的缺點就是那個熱水器熱的有點慢，美中不足，其他都好，入住老闆還推薦啦周邊吃喝玩兒的，非常好，就在十字街附近，去哪兒都方便
