房間太小，佈局也不是很合理，空間太擁擠了，衞生間有不明煙頭，而且挨着馬路汽車站，晚上隔音太差了！

我們住的家庭房衞生乾淨，服務員態度好，有洗衣和烘乾機，早餐也不錯，唯一不好就是房間小點，利用的空間有限。

如家酒店的衞生總體還是不錯的，就是衞生間的窗户漏風嚴重，一夜大風窗台全是土和樹種子，但是大花灑很爽，位置出行也方便。

入住二日，第二日即不做衞生也不放置洗漱用品和瓶裝水，連房間垃圾也沒有倒掉，應該服務很差。停車困難，但告知客户有免費停車？好處是智能入住，但我剛住進去因網絡故障全部失靈了，挺熱的天氣無法開空調，好在找了工作人員解決了。
