位置極優，洛陽火车站出左転過大馬路汽车客運站旁邊就到了。
酒店大門出就是公交車站，到各景區都方便。
前台服务人員很熱誠。

當天住8419房，洗個澡出來就發現淹水了，水直接淹到床底下，好在我包包放的位置沒被淹到，不然就濕了，我立馬跟前台反應，處理就是派人來打掃了一番，然後全屋小度控制看似智能，但根本沒任何提供教學，還是我上小紅書看教學的，空調也衹能透過小度來控制，每次進來衹能喚醒來重新設定，還不如傳統手動遙控器的速度呢，而且，既然都能全屋智能了，為啥那個外賣還要到一樓前台這拿，我前幾天去住的如家酒店就有機器人可以幫忙送到房間門口的，同樣集團下的説是智能反而更不方便了，兩顆星是給前台態度很熱心又和善的阿姨的

設施：我沒有遇到其他人説的用品發黃，床品都很新，床墊軟硬很合適。若説缺點我住的房間臨街，還是能聽到些來往車輛的聲音。
服務：前台有位姐姐態度特別好，遇見的三人都不錯
環境：位置很方便，近到從汽車站坐車出來左手邊就是酒店，很方便。去景點也不遠。
衞生：房間衞生收拾的很好
