It is probably a hotel that just opened after the Chinese New Year. It has a strong smell of new decoration. There is no time to do the initial cleaning. The overall hygiene needs to be improved. The hotel price increased during the Chinese New Year, but the price of more than 700 is not low. The supporting facilities need to keep up. Advantages: The mattress is very comfortable, the environment is very good, the parking is convenient in the courtyard, it is very close to the White Horse Temple, and it is very convenient to eat around.

I didn't expect it to be so comfortable when I checked into Youziguishe. After placing the order, the store owner thoughtfully called us and sent us the location. He also picked us up at the door in person. There was a parking space right in front of the store, and the stay was clean and comfortable. It was drizzling in the morning, and the shopkeeper's sister had already prepared breakfast. It was so pleasant to sit in the small courtyard eating breakfast with the birds singing in my ears! The room is clean and tidy, and there are flowers. The owner is warm and thoughtful. She will enthusiastically recommend various attractions and local snacks. I feel like I am at home when I return home. I will stay here next time. It is highly recommended.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Luoyi Ancient City and just a stone's throw from Yingtian Gate. The owner is incredibly kind. The cleanliness and facilities far exceeded expectations for the price point; most rooms feature smart home technology, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. What truly impressed me was that after we had already checked out and left with our luggage, the owner chased after us on his motorcycle just to give us a souvenir. This was the third hotel I stayed at during my trip to Henan. Overall, when comparing service across various industries in Henan's tourism sector, hotels consistently left the best impression, and this one was no exception.
Everyone I encountered, from management to staff, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. And I must say, the front desk ladies I met at hotels in Henan were all quite attractive – it genuinely brightened my day! I couldn't help but wonder how the management consistently managed to recruit such appealing staff for the front desk. It even made me ponder if perhaps Henan's economy and per capita income are still relatively low, as, apart from tourist attractions, prices were genuinely quite affordable.
The hotel offers convenient parking, is a peaceful oasis amidst a bustling area, and provides easy access for getting around. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe guesthouse is nestled in the old town. Taxis typically drop you off at the main road, requiring a short walk of a few minutes to reach the entrance, as the narrow streets can be challenging for cars. On the upside, it's incredibly close to Yingtian Gate, and you can conveniently park electric scooters right outside! One thing to note is that there's a primary school nearby, so you'll hear morning exercise music around 8 AM. The soundproofing isn't the best, but the numerous benefits easily make up for it – I could certainly overlook this.
Cleanliness was excellent. Just let the owner know if you need any tidying up; they were incredibly attentive, restocking disposable slippers, toothbrushes, tissues, and even facial tissues every time we returned. Such a thoughtful touch!
For service, I booked after the Dragon Boat Festival, and seeing I was staying for an extended period, the owner generously upgraded my room type for free, saying a bigger room would be more comfortable – a truly wonderful gesture! There were also four kinds of complimentary snacks on the table. The guesthouse even offers Hanfu (traditional Chinese attire) styling and makeup services with a discount for guests, which is a great opportunity if you've ever wanted to try it.

GGuest UserI have returned to Guangdong to work, but I still think of Luoyang, the people and the scenery there. With the annual pass for the Greater Bay Area, I can visit many scenic spots and the cost is not high. It is a very prosperous city.
To be honest, the boss was very welcoming. He helped us carry our luggage and gave us cherries to eat. The room was small but well-equipped. The location was good... You can walk to several nearby attractions. The bed was really comfortable. I slept until dawn and didn't want to get up.
The lady boss was also very enthusiastic in posting a food guide, but unfortunately, I didn’t have time to taste many of the food at the special forces tour.

In the evenings, they organized movie screenings, which created a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. There was also a dedicated workspace, which was very convenient for getting things done. In the rooms, each guest had their own individual locker, which made me feel safe and comfortable with my belongings. The bathrooms and showers were also spotless, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hostel to other travelers.

GGuest UserTucked in a quiet area yet near to the walking street. The owner is very nice to help us check the local tour options and patiently explained the details. She even arranged her staff to take us to the pick up point as we had to leave early the next day. It’s a pity that we stayed for one night as we had to rush back to Xi’an. Wished we had stayed longer! Definitely recommended place to stay in Luoyang

NNicDThis is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

SSushudaorenThe hotel boasts a fantastic setting, perched on a mountain with panoramic views of Luoyang city. The rooms are generously sized, and the balconies are particularly spacious. The hotel grounds are expansive and beautifully landscaped. However, the interior amenities felt a bit unpolished, especially the smart toilet, whose quality and cleanliness were quite worrisome. After each flush, it would emit a strange, continuous noise for several minutes.
The hotel breakfast was of good quality and served semi-buffet style. Yet, the offerings were quite repetitive; after staying for two nights, we found choices limited on the second morning. The breakfast cold dishes, in particular, were visually appealing but lacked flavor.
On a positive note, the customized barbecue dinner is highly recommended. It was delicious, and the chef clearly put a lot of care into its preparation.

Breakfast spread selection was good, with a good international section, good selection of ham, cheese as well as as local dishes, noodles, fruits and even yogurt drink.
We were impressed with the easy pickup service from train station and customer service from 赵嘉璐, 高高昊阳 through out our stay. She even recommended a noodle place (so very good) with yummy freshly baked meat pie, which is a local crusty pastry like bread with freshly stir-fry/BBQ donkey meat. Overall, all the service people we met there were kind and helpful.

GGuest UserFive of us came to Luoyang to play. We happened to see that this room type could accommodate 5 people and the location was quite suitable, so we decided on it.
The room matches the picture, I'm quite satisfied with it. There are two large beds, one can sleep 3 people, and the other can sleep 2 people without being crowded.
The room is quite large and the environment is very clean. I am very satisfied with my stay.
Because it is this room type, it is not in the location located. It is best to contact us in advance to confirm where the location is.
There are a lot of places to eat nearby. There are hot pots and so on in Baolong Plaza. There are also many restaurants on the streets nearby.

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

There are many restaurants and shops around, selling all kinds of Luoyang special snacks. The only drawback is that the hotel's sound insulation is not good, I hope it can be improved.
