如果可以打負十分我一定打負十分。我事先在**上定了4個標間，定單間被拒兩次後，換攜程又成功訂到1個標間。入住當天下午酒店就給我打電話讓我們標間換成大床房，我同意了換一間，另還有4個標間無法換。對方就説查不到訂單，我説收到**確認短訊，可以出具訂單號。對方反覆打電話來（接到了5個，4個路上信號不好沒有收到），就是讓我退單。晚上7點，羅平下雨，我和司機帶着7個近70的老年人團隊趕到酒店辦理入住。酒店在接待團隊，無人理睬。我衹能撥打**客服要求介入，並先行去吃飯等待官方處理，8點半官方告知可以去入住了。飯後9點多回到酒店，視屏中的老闆香煙咬咬出現了，直接説讓我們交100一間按金。我們深感刁難，提出交按金可以，要求酒店方出一個人與我們一起入房間錄像存證。老闆變臉摔東西説沒有空，讓我們退單。再次要求**介入，團中長者説血壓都升高了，老闆就説連監獄都不收高血壓，讓我們不要住啊！巧言令色，能説會道的變臉能力真是世間少有，連客服都深有體會。晚上10點的雨夜羅平，還恰逢週末，一團老年人無處可去衹能含淚委屈住下。這樣的酒店何談信用，何談體驗感，真的應該讓職能部門好好管理一下。

位置好找，門口就有停車位，並且不收費，有電梯，周圍吃飯的地方不多，但是有，房間衞生打掃不到位，不知道長期如此還是偶爾疏忽，

位置太偏，但距離金雞峯叢較近。服務熱情。房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒服，衞生間乾淨整潔，無早餐，交通不太便利。

酒店破舊點無所謂了，反正凌晨就圖個地方躺下休息，但是進房間後發現廁所便盆有一攤黃尿，旁邊還有亂丟的衞生巾和紙巾，噁心**了，給客人入住前不能收拾乾淨嗎？
