我住了10多天。退房時候各種扣費，我也不缺那幾幾十塊錢，每天中午必打電話，我已經説過我是白天睡覺，我不理解有什麼催的，我有按金，我還能跑了嗎。最後一天更誇張，12點打個電話，提醒我，2點打個提醒我，5點打個提醒我，我想問那按金的意義是什麼呢？我住了10多天，酒店服務部沒有備註嗎？，客房的洗手間門都是銹，也無所謂了，我來出差，以後也不會住，酒店第一要素，要客人休息好。白天那個走廊裏小孩跑來跑去。我住進去進本沒要過什麼。那天打電話讓送幾瓶水，竟然給我拿了2瓶，告訴我一天就是2瓶，我還得跟領導溝通，我住了4.5天拿2瓶水，也是有點好笑了。沒見過這麼做酒店的
