The hotel's self-service check-in is very inconvenient. The triple room I booked turned out to only have two beds made, and I couldn't find any staff. Later, I called the reserved number and was told that the cleaners had all gone off duty and couldn't help make the beds. They asked us to go to the designated location to get the quilt and make the bed ourselves. I was speechless! There was only enough water, bath towels, and bedding for two people, and nothing for the third person. In the end, I had to find the quilt and pillow by myself and barely stayed for one night. The hotel is relatively clean, but the self-service check-in is too inconvenient. I couldn't find any staff if I had any questions! The hotel is opposite Longjiang Railway Station and has free parking, which is quite convenient! There is a terrace where you can smoke and look at the sky. The breakfast is good, but there is really nothing to do in Longjiang. It is just a quiet town by the lake. There are no entertainment activities at night, including restaurants, which is suitable for early bed and early rise.
