We truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We arrived after the office closed, but were greeted with a welcome letter and clear guidelines about how to access our room. Effort has been made to preserve the historical integrity of the inn while integrating the comforts of modern life. The location was convenient for attending our concert at The Lunenburg Opera House. The room was comfortable and clean. The inn managed to provide a delicious breakfast in a COVID safe manner. The dining area is bright and spacious. We will certainly plan to return.

Property consists of a number of buildings and our recently renovated suite was across the street. Checked in by a younger lady who had grown up in Lunenburg. A five star check-in experience. Breakfast rooms are in main hotel. Fresh bagels and pastries and smoked salmon in the conservatory or dining room. Buffet style with lots of choices. Very classy and very good.

A wonderful, lovingly decorated bed and breakfast with extremely friendly staff. You immediately feel at home. We stayed in this B&B during Hurricane Fiona and were always well looked after and informed. The central location means there are many activities in Lunenburg within walking distance. Numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We would definitely stay again! 5/5!

This is a charming Inn. We didn't realize that there is a main Inn and then several additional adjacent buildings that are also part of the Inn. Upon checking in we were given the room key, but were not told what building the room was in. We ended up wandering down the road checking each building to find our room. The room numbers do not give you any indication of the building. Be sure to ask if you are in main Inn or one of the ancillary buildings (and if so which one). Also be aware stairs are fairly steep and there is no one to help with luggage. My room was very nice and bed was comfortable but the shower stall was tiny, so tiny it was difficult to wash my hair. Breakfast buffet was very good with smoked salmon, meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, cereals each morning. Excellent location - an easy walk to the village and picturesque harbor.

Well equipped room in good condition, excellent shower and comfy bed. Need to note accommodation is across 3 buildings not just the one shown in the photo. Not an issue unless raining as breakfast is in the main building. Located close to the centre of the town. I was disappointed by the breakfast, given the quality of the rooms and not cheap hotel I was expecting a better selection at breakfast and very slow to refill. The worst thing was for about 30-40 people, one 2 slice toaster. I gave up in the end the wait was to long.

We stayed in the Cranberry suites so named because of the exterior colour. There are at least three buildings in different colors. Can't speak to the other buildings but the Cranberry is superb! It is finished in high end standard and our suite was very comfortable with a sitting room modern bath and queen bed. The location is very central and in easy walking distance from shops and restaurants. Rates fair for standard of accommodation including a fine breakfast. The only drawback is difficulty finding parking. I would definitely return

We stayed here one night and slept in the annex building where there are three rooms. Nice, cozy room on the main road. Excellent bed and toiletries are provided in the bathroom. The breakfast was complete with yogurt, muesli, rolls, sweet and savory spreads, coffee and tea. Very friendly hostess.

Charming little inn in the heart of Lunenberg - staff are knowledgeable and friendly, rooms are clean and very comfy and the whole experience is just what you want when visiting this gorgeous town! Ask about the walking tours when you check in to learn some of the stories and local lore.

Good - our room was wonderful, spacious, nice bathroom and delightfully original to the house, absolutely charming with modern conveniences. We would unhesitatingly return. Parking is an issue, we go one of one of the three spaces available, - otherwise parking could be a problem. The hotel is central and in walking distance of everything in Lunenburg. The breakfast is sadly a very poor 'buffet' affair as in most inns/hotels in North America. However, that said, we would recommend this hotel for the excellent rooms
