I had a wonderful stay at Suite Us Guest House during my recent trip to Kelantan for a meeting at USM Kelantan. The location was incredibly convenient, walking distance to the university, which made my commute stress-free and easy.
The guest house itself was clean and quiet, perfect for getting some rest. Highly recommended for anyone visiting USM Kelantan or the surrounding area!

The room is clean, the toilet is old but clean, the shower water pressure is very slow, the sink is ok, fast... hope they can change the water heater and have a pipe option for the shower. The air conditioner is not very cold but there is a ceiling fan to help not feel hot

Reasonably priced, stayed for an exam. Suprisingly not that noisy despite being directly opposite the main road/hospital. Food and groceries were easily accesible by foot.
